Terms and Conditions of the Exhibition

The Exhibitors will be solely responsible for the quality and
quantity of the commodities, goods and items exhibited and sold
in the Exhibition.
It will be the responsibility of the Exhibitors to comply with all the
prevailing taxation rules and other relevant laws, rules and
regulations of the local, state and Country Governments.
3.
The Organizer reserves the right to alter or modify the layout, size,
number and location of the Exhibition Stalls without informing
the Exhibitors.
4.
The stall charges are only for the Shell space, applicable including
the facilities for the relevant stall category. Any additional
facilities if required will be provided to the Exhibitor subject to
availability and will be charged extra.
5.
All payments are required to be paid in advance at the time of
registration. Incase of visa refusal, organizer will refund total
amount after deducting visa application and interview
preparation charges.
6.
Only two people can apply from one participating company. A
maximum of two invitation letters will be issued to a single
participating company.
7.
In the event of the exhibition being cancelled because of
unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer will return the amount
paid by the Exhibitors without interest.
8.
Exhibitors will restrict their display, banner, standee, mannequins
table, chair etc within the allotted area only. If somebody
encroaches the space other than the allotted area, the organiser
reserves the right to cancel their booking and forfeit the amount.

Cancellation Clause
No cancellation will be accepted once visa granted
Visa application and interview preparation charges are non refundable
in any case
Insurance: Against all ascertainable risks from transportation to
display and removal should be done by the exhibitors at their cost.
Organisers will in no way be responsible. Participants will insure their
exhibits against loss, damage, theft, fire or any cause whatsoever. They
will also ensure third party insurance cover for the total duration.
GLORIOUS GUJARAT will make general security arrangements.
However, participants will be responsible for the exhibits and the stall.
This would, however, not cover insurance of individual stalls. exhibits or
any other material in the stands. Exhibitors are advised to insure their
exhibits and other material separately. Third party insurance, accidental
insurance of exhibitor's personnel, damage insurance etc. will be the
responsibility of the exhibitors.
Force Majeure: If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled or suspended
in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, natural calamity, national
emergency, election, labour dispute, riots, strike, the non-availability
ground or any other cause not within the control of the organiser, the
organiser reserves the right to change the opening dates and duration
or even cancellation of the entire exhibition. In case of such condition
the organiser may at there entire discretion, repay the rental paid by the
exhibitor or part there of after deduction of the proportionate costs
already incurred by the organiser and shall be under no liability in
respect to any actions, claims or losses.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
The Exhibitors shall display the same company / product name at
the stall as is mentioned in the said registration form. Failure to do
so shall enable the organiser to cancel the booking and forfeit the
amount.
We have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Exhibition and agree to abide by them as an Exhibitor at
Glorious Gujarat.
