GUIDELINES FOR EXHIBITORS

Thank you for your booking for the exhibition
during DOS ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2015
which is going to be held from April 10th – 12th,
2015 at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.

DESIGNER / INTERIOR PAVILIONS HOLDERS

INTERIOR / WOODEN WORK PAVILIONS

We will provide the bearer space on A p r i l 8 t h , 2 0 1 5 at 2 pm for interior designer
stalls for the fabrication of pavilions and exhibitors are requested to please complete
display of exhibits by April 9th , 2015 by 8 pm. As the Hall has to be cleaned and sealed due to
Security Reasons.

No wood work, cutting and painting will be permitted inside the exhibition area due to
security reason / fire safety norms.

As per the decision of the Organising Committee, if in case you are planning to design and
fabricate your booth / Pavilion. Please ensure that the height is not more than 3m (10 ft.) in the
front and on the space near the Backwall of Hanger touching the backwall of the stall, it should be
not more than (9’9”ft.) in height due to Air-conditioning duct.

Please submit your layout drawing to the Organising Committee for approval by the
Organising Committee / Event Manager.

As the space is allocated / possession taken by the Exhibitors, in the same condition the space is
to be handed over to the Event Manager while vacating the area after the event is over or else
outgoing Gate Pass will not be issued to those Exhibitors.

All Exhibitor(s) / Fabricator are requested to remove all the garbage from their stall.
Fabricator is responsible to remove all the material. No Garbage will be allow to left at
the venue. If we find out any garbage left at the respected area, then we will be charge
as a penalty.

EXHIBITION SCHEDULE



Exhibition will open on April 10th – 11th, 2015 at 8.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Exhibition will open on April 12th, 2015 at 8.30 am to 4 pm.
Exhibitors are requested to remove their exhibition material by 6.00 pm on
April 12th, 2015.
POWER LOAD
Please Note: In the package for each pavilion, DOS will be providing 1 Kva of Electrical Load
as a complimentary. If the exhibitors need the extra power supply, please specify the electrical
load and sent the details in advance to below mentioned address. We will be charging Rs.
5000/kva (Including Service Tax @ 14% As Per Government Guide Line) (for 3
days) for the extra load

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
In case you require any additional services, please fill up the enclosed form and send it
alongwith the payment by Demand Draft / Cheque (at par) in favour of IEMS Pvt. Ltd.
