Below are guidelines for the Expo 1. Set Up
● All exhibitors will be assigned a booth with your organizations name at the ​
Tom Mboya Labour
College Grounds.
● Designated Secretariat will be on the ground to assist you. th
● All Exhibitors can begin to decorate their stands on the morning of ​

April, 2015. ​

note that all decoration must be completed by 3.00pm on 20​April, 2015​
. ● The official times of the Expo will be from 9.00a.m to 6.00pm. 2. Exhibition Booths
● The booths that are offered by the Secretariat are standard and cannot be altered. The standard dimensions are 3m by 3m or 10 by 10ft. The height of the booths are 2m and 1/2m high. ● Exhibitors will be provided with one (1) table and 2 chairs each. ● Exhibitors are allowed to bring 1 screen for their booth. ● All exhibitors will be provided with accreditation at the registration desk for identification purposes. ● The exhibition booth will be manned by a maximum of 2 people only. 3. Decoration & Branding
● You are expected to bring in your own décor for the assigned booth and setup for the same. E.g. drapes with colours of your organisation, 2 roll up banners within your stand and 2 tear drops. ● Please note that as organisers we are only providing the space and all décor will be the solely the responsibility of the exhibitors.

● To participate as an exhibitor you must be registered online on the conference website www.devolution.cog.go.ke th
● You will pick your accreditation pass on ​

April 2015 at the Victoria Primary School, Kisumu near the Kisumu County Offices. Then proceed to Tom Mboya Labour College to start your set up. 1
5. Official Opening day

. 6. Security/ Other
● Security personnel will patrol throughout the days of the conference. ● All participants will be screened. ● There will be dedicated ushers to assist with logistics at the event. 7. Parking/Loading
● Parking slots will be availed at the Joel Omino Primary School & Joel Omino Secondary School next to Tom Mboya Labour College. ● All loading and delivery of banners and materials will be done at Gate No 2 of the Tom Mboya th
Labour College on 20​
April 2015. Please note for security reasons, this will be a drop off area only. 8. Payment

The expo will be free of charge for our sponsors. Non sponsors will be charged Kshs. 50,000/= for a booth. th​
