I. Greetings
The 7th Asia-Pacific Workshop on Widegap Semiconductors (APWS 2015)
will be held during May 17 – 20, 2015 at The K Seoul Hotel, Seoul, Korea.
We, Korean Organization Committee of APWS 2015 are delighted that APWS
will be held back at Korea after the 2007 workshop. We hope you will come
and enjoy the workshop in Seoul, the world top 5 convention city and also the
capital of Korea.
The APWS 2015 is organized by the Society of LED and Solid State Lighting
and the Korea Society of Optoelectronics. The APWS 2015 continues a series
of workshops that are intended to provide a central forum for an update and
review of technical information covering a wide range of widegap
semiconductor fields from fundamental researches to commercial application.
We hope that all the participants share their cutting-edge idea in this workshop
for a better world and we are sure that your contribution will lead to our goal.
