DSC 2015 Europe Germany – Guidelines for exhibitors
The DSC 2015 Europe organizing committee, in partnership with OPTIS, official sponsor, is
offering you the opportunity to demonstrate your products and services during this
conference. With the right mix of science and industry, you have the opportunity to meet and
discuss with representatives of the world’s leading car manufacturers and suppliers in a
friendly environment.
You will find here all the necessary details about exhibiting at DSC 2015, which is certainly a
unique opportunity not to be missed.
Why exhibiting at DSC 2015?
We are committed to bringing you the best opportunity to meet and network with many
customers, prospects and partners in the field of driving simulation.
Authors, keynote speakers and delegates are attending this conference with the common
aim of hearing about the latest developments in the field and will be keen to learn about your
technology and services. The conference is expected to attract more than 300 attendees,
which will ensure that the event has the buzz you need to generate interest in your products.
Venue
The DSC 2015 will take place in Tübingen, Germany in a building belonging to the University
called Kupferbau. It is located in the city center:

The exhibition area is divided in two dedicated areas between the different conference rooms
and the lunch area. For more information, please see the attached floor maps.

Set-up:
16 September, 15:00 – 18:00
Exhibition:
17 September, 09:00 – 19:00, 18 September, 09:00 – 14:00
Dismantling: 18 September, 14:00 – 16:00
Floor plan
There are 19 spaces measuring 3x3m.
Please make sure you indicate on the booking form the space number you would prefer.
Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Booking terms & conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully
Prizes: € 1,495 before 31 May 2015
€ 1,895 after 31 May 2015
Payment is by bank wire transfer or credit card. Please ensure all invoices are paid in full by
30 July 2015. A VAT receipt will be issued upon request.
Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set-up, maintenance, dismantling, insurance and
security of their own exhibition booth at the conference. Exhibitors are also responsible for
ensuring the arrival of any materials sent by courier or mail.
Your Exhibitor’s package includes:
- One stand, with electricity
- One table, two chairs and 4 poster boards (2 portrait + 2 landscape),
(board size: ~ 155 cm x 105 cm, poster size: Din A0)
- Food (lunch, conference dinner and coffee breaks) will be provided for up to two persons
- Distribution of a brochure or advertising material of the exhibitor in the attendees pack is
available on request
Deadline for exhibitor registration: 31 July 2015
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your booking before 31 July 2015, there will be a refund of 50%.
If you wish to cancel your booking after 31 July 2015, there will be no refund.
