Rules of
Definition
Partner – Reworld Europe S.R.O.
Free World сard - plastic or virtual card containing a unique identification number
and activation code, and allows users to carry out pending booking of accommodation
services in accordance with the “Rules for Free World card Use», under the conditions
published in the catalog in force at the time of the Reservation request.
Users – persons over 18 years old who have received Free World сard at the discretion
of Partner.
Activation – Procedure of registration Free World
сard by Users at web site of Partner: www.fworld.travel, aimed at obtaining services by
Users during The guaranteed period.
Tour operator - Limited Liability Company «Formula Domina» (Tour Operator Number 001796 MTZ), location 119571, Russian Federation, Moscow, Leninskiy Prospekt, 154,

Catalogues – Tour Operator information publication, released every six months and
contains the description of the structure and conditions of accommodation services
provided by the Tour Operator. The content of Catalogues is specified by the Tour Operator.
Accommodation service – services to accommodate Users at Hotels, information
on which is contained in the Catalogue. Accommodation service can be provided
if a Reservation Request for it received within the guaranteed period, and the
accommodation itself fit to the period, published in the Catalogue in effect at the time
of Reservation Request.
The guaranteed period – is the period of time equal to 12 calendar months from the
Free World сard activation date, during which User can receive Accommodation service.
Reservation Request – procedure of prior reservation of accommodation services,
managed by Users in accordance with the “Rules of Free World сard use”, aimed for
receiving by Users services from Tour Operator during validity period of activated Free
World сard.
Reservation Order – document issued by Tour Operator and containing information
about price, structure and consumer characteristics of reserved by Users services
provided by Tour Operator.
Reservation Fee – fixed administrative fee to be paid for each reservation of
accommodation services provided by Tour Operator.
Concierge – Tour Operator employee, responsible for Users personal assistance and
authorized in all matters relating to the provision of Accommodation services on the
conditions and providing in accordance with the Rules of Free World сard Use.
Rules – rules of Free World сard Use, developed in accordance with the law on protecting
consumers rights, the law on the bases of tourist activities, the rules of the distance sale
of goods and services, rules for rendering services on realization of tourist product.

1.5. For usage of activated Free World сard during the period of its validity, but not
later than 30 days before the accommodation period, the User makes a «Reservation
Request». In the “Reservation Request» User can order additional tourist services
(insurance, visa support, excursions, transport tickets, etc.). Additional services are
provided by Tour Operator only with consent of Users to accept and to pay for these
services in accordance with “Reservation Order”.
1.6. «Reservation Request» is makes by the User in electronic form during
validity of the Free World сard (no later than 12 months from the date of Free
World сard activation). The user fills in all fields of the «Reservation Request»
(“Reservation Request” is not a confirmation of Accommodation service provision).

1.7. Upon receiving from the User, correctly filled “Reservation Request” Concierge will
check room availability in accordance with User’s “Reservation Request” and will send to
User by e-mail “Reservation Order” with the conditions, structure and prices of reserved
services.
1.8. The provision of services by Tour Operator in the structure and on the conditions
specified in “Reservation Order” is carried out by Tour Operator only on the basis of
receiving from User by e-mail agreed and signed “Reservation Order”, and full payment
for ordered services. After receiving agreed and signed by User “Reservation Order”,
Concierge will send to User document contained a payment amount of ordered services,
including “Reservation Fee”.
1.9. Within three (3) days since a moment of receiving of the «Reservation Order»
and payment document User pays the full amount, including the Reservation Fee, of
Accommodation services specified in the «Reservation Order». Payment is made by User
on the Tour Operator site: www.fromuladomina.com/ payment .
1.10. Concierge will prepare the documents necessary for trip, in accordance with
the conditions and the structure of services specified in the «Reservation Order».

1.11. In case of failure to provide services specified in the «Reservation Request”
Concierge, will offer Users an alternative solution (the other hotel, the other host
country, the proposal is not published in the current Catalogues, corresponding to the
structure and conditions of Accommodation services, published in the Catalogues).
Subject to the User’s consent to the adoption of alternative solution, order and conditions
Accommodation service provision by Concierge does not change.
1 General Provisions
1.1. Free World сard is available through the Partner on conditions agreed with Tour
Operator.
1.2. Free World сard transferring from the Partner to Users, can be performed by an
electronic notification contained the digital identification code and activation code of
Free World сard by e-mail, SMS message or other way established by the Partner.
1.3. The rules are defining the order of Free World сard usage by User. Partner reserves
the right to change the Rules. To activate Free World сard User accepts and agrees to
follow present Rules.
1.4. Activation - registration of Free World card by User on Partner site www.fworld.travel .
User must meet all the conditions for registration (fill in all fields). The Free World card
2 Conditions Free World card Use
2.1. Free World сard activation is a prerequisite for its use. The Free World сard is valid for
12 months from the date of activation. Validity of the activated Free World сard after 12
calendar months is not renewable.
2.2. User who made activation of Free World сard does not have the right to transfer
activated Free World сard to third parties.
2.3. After of Free World сard activation User takes full and only responsibility for its
storage, using and loss.
2.4. Using of activated Free World сard for Accommodation services booking by User is
possible if the «Reservation Request» is registered only.
2.5. Using activated Free World card gives the right to accommodate two people for 7

Free World card use
(seven) nights in a standard double room during periods, published in the Catalogues
valid on a moment of User’s “Reservation Request” on the following conditions:
- during one of the periods of accommodation for 7 (seven) nights with “Formula
Domina”“0” price;
- during two of the periods of accommodation for 7 (seven) nights with 30 % discount
from the published “Formula Domina” official price; Periods can be combined in one
booking.
2.6. In the acceptance and consent by User with structure and prices of services ordered
from the Tour Operator, specified in “Reservation Order”, “Reservation Fee” is obligatory
and not refundable. The “Reservation Fee”* is 50 (fifty) dollars USA for each traveler and
obligatory to be pay by Users and persons travelling with him/her.
“Reservation Fee” with the Tour Operator is not charged per children under 12 years.
*Amount of the “Reservation Fee” for EU countries please specify at Concierge.
2.7. Provision of accommodation services by Tour Operator are carried out only
for Users and persons traveling with him/her, if they specified in “Reservation Order”. Users and persons traveling with him/her have to travel having
travel insurance valid during period of accommodation. Users shall be required
by Concierge to confirm an availability of travel insurance being valid during
period of accommodation.
2.8. Upon cancellation of confirmed accommodation services by User no less than 48
hours before the beginning of the accommodation period, Free World сard can be used
for re-booking accommodation services for periods published in the Catalogues during
of activated Free World card validity period.
2.9. Upon cancellation of confirmed accommodation services by User less than 48 hours
before the beginning of the accommodation period, expenses actually incurred by the
Tour Operator (including the «Reservation Fee») paid or payable to the Tour Operator
at the moment of booking for accommodation services are non-refundable. Free World
card cannot be used for re-booking appropriate accommodation services.
2.10. During accommodation period in hotel User and persons travelling with him/her
are obliged to obey the rules of hotel and responsible for any damage caused to hotel
room, therefore hotel has the right to request some money as a deposit at the moment
of checking-in.
2.11. Tour Operator does not check the daily management of hotels. In exceptional
cases of overbooking might be verified, if this occurs prior to accommodation period
(before arrival to hotel), Tour Operator will make all efforts to provide alternative
accommodation (another hotel, another country, offer not published in current
Catalogues) corresponding to the composition and the terms of the accommodation
services, published in the Catalogues.
2.12. Tour Operator assumes no responsibility for the actions of the hotels and makes
no claims regarding the quality of service. Tour Operator carefully check the information
published in the Catalogues, but due to the fact that the Catalogs are prepared in
advance, the information provided in them, may change during validity period of the
Catalogues.
2.13. Some countries can require from User and persons travelling with him/her to pay
the local taxes. Local taxes must be paid by User and persons travelling with him/her
directly in place at the moment of check-in at the hotel.
2.14. Some number of countries requires a Consular Entry Visa. User and persons
traveling with him/her are required to obtain a Consular Entry Visa. Failure to obtain
a visa for Users and persons traveling with him/her for any reason is not a reason for
cancellation and the requirement to return paid “Reservation Fee”.
2.15. Provision of accommodation services, not published in the Catalogues depends
on the marketing policy of the Tour Operator. Information on the conditions of use of
accommodation services, not published in the Catalogues, is available through Tour
Operator’s Concierge upon User’s request.
3 Catalogues and Prices
3.1. All prices listed in the Catalogues specified in US Dollars.
3.2. Accommodation price shown in the catalogues for each hotel is Tour Operator
accommodation selling price, it could change as for Tour Operator’s needs during validity
period of Catalogues.
3.3. Provision of accommodation service, published in the Catalogues depends on the
quota of rooms held by the Tour Operator at the time of the User’s request, and the
marketing strategy. In case of failure to provide Accommodation service, Concierge will
offer alternatives that meet the conditions of service, published in the Catalogues.
3.4. Unless otherwise stated, prices are for two people who would stay in a standard
double room on the number of nights in the specified period given for each Hotel,
published in a Catalogues (start date of accommodation period is the date of check-in at
the Hotel on arrival, the date of the end of the period is date of check-out of departure
from the Hotel). All the extras that price is not listed in the Catalogue, are provided by
the Tour Operator on basis of “Reservation Request” done by the User.
3.5. Start date and end date published in a Catalogues for the Accommodation periods
specified for each destination and Hotel.
3.6. At the User’s request to reduce the Accommodation periods, published in a
Catalogues, payment amount of the corresponding accommodation period does not
change.
3.7. At the User’s requests an increase the Accommodation periods (extra days /
weeks), published in a Catalogues, accommodation and additional services that are
not published in the Catalogues, the payment amount is calculated on the conditions
specified in the «Reservation Request».
3.8. Description of Hotels published in the Catalogues provided directly by the Hotels.
The additional Hotel’s facilities information is available through Concierge upon request.
4 «Reservation Order»
4.1. The acceptance of “Reservation Order” defines the rights and obligations of the
Tour Operator and User in accordance with law on the basis of tourist activity, and
commits both parties to abide by the law on the basis of tourist activities (№ 452 from
18.07.2007) Russian Federation. The provision of tourist services to User is carried out
only on the basis of the acceptance of “Reservation Order”.
5 Claims
5.1. “Formula Domina” Ltd considers the claims of the corresponding character and
established credibility sent in writing by e-mail at: [email protected] .
Administration time of claims consideration depend on the nature and accuracy of its
presentation, but should not exceed 14 working days.
6 Adjustment of disputes
6.1. Contentious issues that may arise in the provision of services to Users by Tour
Operator, will be resolved through negotiations and mutual consultation. If agreement
regarding the subject matter, will not be achieved, than resolution of disputes will be
governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7 Financial security
7.1. Financial security provided by «Renaissance Insurance Group».
