NEW SUPER HIGH EFFICIENCY
OIL AND GAS FURNACES by
Intertherm engineered these furnaces for ease of installation as well as high efficiency in manufactured or modular homes.
Cabinet insulation absorbs operating noise rendering a whisper quiet product. Gas units come set up for natural gas,
however, conversion takes a few minutes with new style burner. Comes with two washable permanent air filters. May be
installed in a closet or alcove with 0" clearance back and sides. Oil furnaces use kerosene or #2 fuel oil. These furnaces are
easily adaptable to accept add-on air conditioners or heat pumps. One (1) year limited warranty on parts, one (1) year
limited warranty on labor, ten (10) year limited heat exchanger warranty on product sold after Feb. 1, 2006.
UL listed and CSA certified.

AUTOMATIC CLOSE-OFF DAMPER
Federal mobile home standard 280.707-A-2 requires the installation of a close-off damper at the furnace base
to prevent cold air from being discharged, by a package air conditioning system, into the furnace area and
creating condensation within the furnace heat exchanger. This condensation causes premature heat exchanger

This 24 volt single stage heat, single stage cool thermostat has its
contacts sealed in a glass bulb to prevent arcing. The internal fan
jumper plug feature allows the installer to adjust the fan delay for
greater system compatibility. The fan jumper plug is set at the
factory in the “G” position to allow a natural fan delay during the
heating mode. If the heating system requires the fan to come on
immediately on start-up, you must remove the jumper plug and
reinstall it in the “E” position. When two transformers are used,
remove the factory installed jumper between Rc and Rh. Has
adjustable heat anticipator settings from .2 to 1.6 amps. Cooling
anticipator setting is fixed at 4700 ohms. To power a damper motor
or auxiliary circuit that requires continuous power, “O” and “B”

This is a wall mount, low voltage 2-stage heat, 1-stage cool heat
pump thermostat that energizes the reversing valve in the cooling
mode. Thermostat requires no batteries, is not a power stealing
device and must have both R and C wires connected. Temperature
and mode settings are preserved with the power off. System
selections are off, heat, cool and emergency heat, continuous fan
or fan off. There is a built-in 5 minute time-delay once system has
shut down before it will restart. This feature can be overridden one
cycle at a time. A cycle timer allows for four cycles per hour or one
cycle every fifteen minutes. Once the system starts it will remain
on for three minutes regardless of demand, however, a change in
set point or mode will shut the system down. There is a fifteen
minute delay between first and second stage operation, however, if
there is a heating demand greater than five degrees there is only a
three minute delay between first and second stage. Room
temperature is constantly displayed on LCD until a change in mode
of operation or temperature is activated, display will change back
to indicate room temperature if no buttons are pushed in five
seconds.
