Choosing a Stinger for your nozzle (using combination chart below):
• Determine your desired blast pressure (i.e.: if you wish to blast at 90 psi (6.21 bar), choose an LF85, MF85,
•
•
or HF85 stinger, each with
an operating range of 50 - 100 psi (3.4 - 6.8 bar).
Based on the air flow rate your compressor can provide, choose a Low-Flow, Medium-Flow, or High-Flow stinger. (For maximum
cleaning aggression, choose the highest air flow available from your compressor).
Once you have selected a stinger, examine the chart below to determine which nozzle series (above) is appropriate for that stinger.
EXAMPLE: If you wish to blast at 90 psi (6.21 bar) and your compressor can supply 160 SCFM (4.5 m3/min), you would choose an MF85
stinger and a matching nozzle from Series 53.

Integrated Systems
Integrated Systems combine and interface a Cold Jet Pelletizer with one or more Cold Jet blasting
systems and provide for continuous, uninterrupted, completely automated operations. Each Cold
Jet Integrated System is custom engineered to meet specific customer requirements. Cold Jet
has the unique capability to act as either a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor in designing,
installing and supporting a complete manufacturing work cell which may include not only the Cold
Jet Integrated System, but also flexible automation, collection and containment systems, and
other production-line interfaces. We have installed and supported Integrated Systems in the
semiconductor processing industry, the copier machine industry, the tire industry, the automotive

Automated Cleaning Booth
This Automated Cleaning Booth has been designed for dry ice cleaning applications that
require repetitive spraying on similar sized parts, hour after hour, all week long. This booth is
a quiet, soundproof enclosure with advanced micro-particle filtration and effluent capture system to
collect or reclaim the contaminant being removed.

An integral part of our full service offering is Cold Jet Solutions. Cold Jet Solutions provides dry ice blast cleaning services and short-term rental programs across a broad spectrum of industrial and commercial cleaning and coatings removal
applications. We provide all the benefits of dry ice blast cleaning for one-time and short-term projects to those customers
whose needs do not necessitate owning the equipment.
Contract Cleaning Services
Using Cold Jet's patented single-hose blast technology, Cold Jet Solutions provides contract cleaning services
performed by factory-trained technicians, who are certified in industry standard safety practices and procedures.
The work is handled either at the customer's site or in one of our Cold Jet Solutions Cleaning facilities.
Onsite cleaning includes personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, dry ice, accessories, support equipment
and personal protection equipment. Upon request, we will provide each customer with a Proof of Liability
Certificate and a Worker's Compensation Certificate. All work is handled at the customer's convenience,
including after hours and weekends. Customer application tests are handled on-site for a nominal fee that is
applied towards future business.
In-house cleaning includes verifying and documenting the receipt and shipment of the customer's parts which
are always handled per the customer's specifications. Our Loveland, OH and Augusta, GA facilities are fully
equipped to handle a range of cleaning and stripping applications, including fast turn around and emergency
jobs. Customer application tests are handled at our cleaning facility free of charge.
Short-Term Rentals
Cold Jet Solutions offers short-term rentals of our dry ice blasting systems. A complete system, configured to meet the
needs of the application, is delivered to the facility, including the necessary dry ice to get started. Comprehensive training
of on-site personnel is available with all short-term rentals.

Warranty
Information
Dry Ice
solutions
Cold Jet, LLC ("CJL") warrants its products ("Equipment") provided under this Agreement to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months, under normal use, maintenance and
service as stipulated in the Operator's Manual. CJL warrants that the equipment will be in good working
order on the Date of Shipment and that it will conform to CJL's official published specifications.
The warranty period is twelve months for CJL manufactured Equipment. Original Equipment Manufacturers'
warranties provided by CJL on equipment not manufactured by CJL purchased under this Agreement will be
passed through to the Buyer. The warranty period commences on the Date of Shipment of the Equipment.
CJL's liability is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any covered part of its Equipment, which CJL has
determined to be defective. Said repair or replacement will be made by CJL or its authorized representative free of
charge to the Buyer, except for any freight or travel expenses, during the warranty period. Cold Jet will be responsible
for travel and living expenses for any European Warranty claims (pending approval from Cincinnati, OH). Any replaced
part will become the property of CJL. If, after repeated efforts, CJL is unable to restore its Equipment to good working
order, or replace the defective parts, all as warranted, CJL may replace the Equipment in its entirety at its discretion. Any
claim must be made in writing to CJL within 30 days after the defect is discovered and any claim not made within that
period shall be deemed waived or released and denied therefore.
Warranty service provided under this Agreement does not assume uninterrupted operation of the Equipment. The suitability of the equipment for the purpose intended is not included in the warranty.
This warranty shall not apply and CJL shall neither be responsible nor liable for:
a)
Consequential, collateral or special losses or damages;
b)
Equipment conditions caused by abnormal conditions of use, accident, neglect or misuse of
Equipment, improper storage or damages resulting during shipment as determined by CJL;
c)
The replacement of normal wear items, including but not limited to air, blast and whip end hoses;
d)
Deviation from the Equipment's prescribed maintenance programs, replacement parts, operating
instructions, specifications or other terms of sale;
e)
Labor charges, loss or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance or repairs made by
person (s) other than CJL or CJL's authorized service representative;
f)
Improper application of the product.
In no event shall CJL be liable for claims, whether arising from breach of contract or warranty of claims of negligence or
negligent manufacture, in excess of the purchase price.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF CJL AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED IN LAW
OR IMPLIED BY FACT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
USE, ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED.

II. Finance Charges

Jet, LLC's selling terms and agrees to pay according to Cold Jet, LLC's payment terms. Customer agrees to pay finance
charges on past due balances.
