Truckload / Volume Purchase Program
What is the Truckload/Volume Purchasing
Program?
It’s a program that gives our members the
ability to buy Costco items in full truck
quantities at additional savings to Costco’s
already low prices.
The number of pallets on a full truck will
depend on the item(s) being purchased.
Can a Full Truckload of any item(s) be
purchased?
Yes, with the exception of Beer, Wine,
Hard Liquor and some Pharmacy items.

Can Merchandise be Exported outside the U.S?
Yes, there is a clearance form that will need to
be filled out completely and approved from our
Export Compliance Team. This usually only
takes approx. 24-48 hours to get clearance.
Are there requirements for delivering direct to
the member?
Yes, to receive a direct delivery, your location
must have an industry standard loading dock.
(Some exceptions may be made)
The delivery location must also have a forklift,
pallet jack and the ability to unload the truck.
What if I want an item(s) not currently
in-stock or sold at Costco?
We have the ability to source product that is not
currently in-stock or carried at our location OR
AT Costco
How can a Full Truckload be built or filled ?
A truck can be built in three ways:
1.) A full truck of one item.
2.) A full truck of two or more items from the
same supplier whose distribution point is the
same for all items.
3.) A full truck of different items built directly
from our sales floor (Build-a- Truck)
What are the steps to request a truckload
quote?
Fill out the form providing the following information:
• Name & Membership Number.
• Business name , phone number & email address
• Delivery address and confirmation of a loading dock.
• Requested delivery date.
• Item number & item description interested in purchasing
• Requested purchase quantity.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a quote.
