Design allows for easy roll off/roll on access for your mud machine.

The Heavy Duty quad poly bead flooring system can stand up to
extreme wear and tear. It’s weather proofed and water sealed for
easy clean up after a weekend romp. Layout the optional wheel

Over time, the daily wear and tear on a trailer can dramatically
increase if it was made with inferior hardware and parts. Using
rivets can lead to metal fatigue, finish material breakdowns and
leakage. Extended road vibration can cause havoc with sectional
roof designs and cause rivets and screws to become loose and
wear out material. You don’t’ have to worry about any of this with
the “Royal Advantage”.

Heavy Duty Design
Tough inside and out.
Saying you’re tough is one thing but backing it up is
another. From the all season Good Year tires and aluminum
rims to the one piece roof cove, the Royal is designed from
the ground up for heavyy dutyy work.
The 3/8” select grade plywood interior walls can take a beating and
the 3/4” quad bead HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) flooring resists
chemical spills, moisture and mold and general wear and tear.

High Bond) double sided tape that seals the aluminum shell to
the frame for a smooth and rivetless finish. This same product is
used for skyscrapers, cell phones, refrigerators … all of which rely
on high-strength bonding tape to complete one or more steps in
the assembly process. Our assembly procedure reduces material
fatigue from the expansion and contraction that is caused by
temperature variations and travel wear from vibration, which
means a longer life for your trailer.
