Recent Installations Since I invented and successfully patented Power Tee, Golf-Tech was founded to manufacture, support and market the product. Since then automation has grown exeptionally throughout the UK. This growth has been fuelled by the desire of golfers from all backgrounds to use our machines. With exports in 2008 set to account for 40% of our output I am delighted to have such a dedicated and professional team maintaining the standards that have made Power Tee® the world number one. Richard has come to the company from a very competitive background and brings with him the skills to keep Golf-Tech providing the best product with the best support for a fair price. Styal Golf Club was among the first handful of customers to have Power Tee® installed at their range. The moment Simon Forrest, range manager at Styal, was shown the Power Tee® system he knew it was a great product that would bring success not only to the range but also to the golfers. Styal Golf Club - Leeds Simon Forrest says “We have a 20 bay range but started with just 10 Power Tee® machines . Each and every one was making the range 3 times busier than normal so we went ahead with another 10, automating the whole range. In our first year our turnover increased by 28%. We now hit between 12,000 & 15,000 balls a day. Last year alone, we hit just over 4.5 million balls! We currently have 10 mats outside and are considering replacing all of them with Power Tee® machines, to keep up with the volume of traffic.
