food people art Raphael’s Passion: food people art By Kathy Theodore My favorite dish of the evening was the Salsiccia Pasta, created by none other than Raphael Berry himself, who learned about delectable family style cooking from his mother in France. C onsistency. For 17 years, Raphael Berry has provided sophisticated French-Italian cuisine at Berri’s Café on West 3rd in West Hollywood. While other restaurants have gone belly up, Berri’s continues to offer delicious food from 10:00am to 4:00am. They’ll deliver anywhere and you can count on them for late night service – day after day, night after night with consistency and style. Who is this Raphael Berry who has the know how to design a restaurant from top to bottom with the staying power to last?
