Offered by the Douglas C. Greene Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) at Southeast Missouri University, Operation Growth Start will use five Community Advocates scattered throughout the region to expand its outreach capabilities as well as two business counselors based in Cape Girardeau who will be making appointments throughout the University’s 24county service region.
