or more. Our special party menu is a great way to sample the
superb food at Barts with choices to suit every taste.

STARTERS
Each day we create a delicious fresh vegetable soup,
just ask your waiter for today’s choice.
Served with rustic bread
The classic French starter produced the Barts way using a delicate
blend of herbs. Served with a mixed leaf and apple salad, white
balsamic vinegar, spaghetti carrots and sun-blushed
cherry tomatoes, accompanied by homemade Melba toast
HOW TO
CHOOSE YOUR STEAK
Rare (Approx 10 Mins):
Almost raw inside but seared brown
outside, the classic way
to enjoy the full flavour
Medium Rare (Approx 12 Mins):
Firm on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, mostly pink to red
Medium (Approx 15 Mins):
Salmon fillet with red and green peppers,
lightly marinated and grilled on skewers to perfection.
Served with mixed leaves and a choice of
Lemon & Coriander or Honey & Mustard dressing
Browned on the outside with a more pronounced band of pink in the centre
Medium Well (Approx 18 Mins):
Mostly browned throughout with a hint of pink inside
Well Done (Approx 20 Mins):
Browned throughout occasionally charred on the outside
MAINS
A choice cut of Rump Steak, grilled to your requirements,
served with Barts special herb butter,
chunky chips, tomato and mixed leaves
A whole chicken leg steeped in our special hot and spicy sauce,
char-grilled to bring out the full flavour.
Served with chunky chips and garlic bread
All our food is prepared in the kitchen where nuts, cereals containing
gluten, and other allergens are present, and our menu descriptions do
not include all ingredients.
