Our special party menu is a great way to sample the superb food at Barts with choices to suit every taste. Served with rustic bread The classic French starter produced the Barts way using a delicate blend of herbs. Served with a mixed leaf and apple salad, white balsamic vinegar, spaghetti carrots and sun-blushed cherry tomatoes, accompanied by homemade Melba toast HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR STEAK Rare (Approx 10 Mins): Almost raw inside but seared brown outside, the classic way to enjoy the full flavour Medium Rare (Approx 12 Mins): Firm on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, mostly pink to red Medium (Approx 15 Mins): Salmon fillet with red and green peppers, lightly marinated and grilled on skewers to perfection. Served with mixed leaves and a choice of Lemon & Coriander or Honey & Mustard dressing Browned on the outside with a more pronounced band of pink in the centre Medium Well (Approx 18 Mins): Mostly browned throughout with a hint of pink inside Well Done (Approx 20 Mins): Browned throughout occasionally charred on the outside MAINS A choice cut of Rump Steak, grilled to your requirements, served with Barts special herb butter, chunky chips, tomato and mixed leaves A whole chicken leg steeped in our special hot and spicy sauce, char-grilled to bring out the full flavour.
