Divico Group was founded
on St. Maarten in 1991 by a
former Nestlé executive Thierry Villard.

Acquired by Sunny Khatnani in mid-2006.

With the help of a young dynamic team, Divico
transformed itself to become the second largest Wholesale
distributor on St. Maarten.

Today, Divico distributes top brand names to over 600
clients on St. Maarten including St. Martin, Saba,
St. Eustatius, St. Barths and Anguilla.

Our goal is to become the leader in the distribution
business of the North Eastern Caribbean.

In Jan 2011 Divico upgraded its software to be able to do salesforce
automation.
 By feb 2011, Divico will be the first distribution company to provide it’s
salesforce with handheld devices for orders taking.

Our sales & merchandising team exists of 12
employees
 Visiting 300 customers a week
 With a total of 60 customers a day
 Spread over 15 different areas on the island
 And where all orders are delivered within 24 hours






