What are the differences between Prep Teams and Regular All‐Stars?

Teams made up of 15‐30 members that will work in unison to perform a 2 or 2.5 minute routine with stunts, tumbling, jumps, dance, pyramid and etc.
All this will take place at practice. Teams will compete at USASF sanctioned competitions and be judged by USASF judges. 
The USASF is governed by Bylaws, an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors. The day‐to‐day operations of the USASF are managed by full time, part time and volunteer staff as well as Standing Committees for Cheer and Dance.

USASF programs, initiatives, rules and policy development begin in the Standing Committees and are brought to the Board of Directors for review to insure that the USASF mission is upheld before being carried out.

Each committee is chaired by a member of the Board of Directors. All USASF Professional Members are eligible to participate on committees. Included here is a listing of all Cheer and Dance committees and their purpose, how committee members are elected or appointed and meeting minutes providing a summary of discussion topics and action items.

Level 1:
 Tumbling: Round‐off, back walkovers, Backbends  Stunting: preps, knee stunts, connected ext. 
Level 2:
 Tumbling: Round‐off back handspring, standing back handspring
 Stunting: single leg half level stunting, extensions 
Level 3:
 Round‐off tuck, round‐off back handspring back tuck, multiple jump to back handspring, standing series
 Single leg extended stunts, extension full down


• The contract must be notarized – you can bring it to United to be notarized
• Please make sure you read the entire contract
Level 4:
 Tumbling: Round‐off layouts, series tumbling to layout, standing tuck, jump to back handspring back tuck
 Stunting: Full up stunts single leg stunts, single full from single leg stunts, double down from prep

Level 5:
 Tumbling: Series tumbling to full or double full, jumps to tuck, standing series tumbling to full
 Stunting: Single and double ups, elite stunts and single leg double downs

United Cheerleading of Columbus will award six $500.00 scholarships for the All‐Star competitive season. Three $500.00 scholarships will be awarded to cover monthly coaching fees and three $500.00 scholarships will be awarded for the Pythons All‐Star account.
Criteria for awarding scholarships and a scholarship application is posted in your online account. The deadline for completed scholarship applications to be returned is June 10, 2016.

cost as much as possible with our organized fundraisers, sponsorships, and etc.!!!!
