Terms and Conditions
“SI RECIBEN SU REMESAS CON TIGO MONEY GANAS” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE
OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Except where regulated or restricted by law, the “SI RECIBEN SU REMESAS CON TIGO MONEY GANAS” Sweepstakes ( “ Sweepstakes ”) is open to individuals
residing in 49 of the 50 states of the United States (residents of Rhode Island are excluded) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in
same household, whether related or not) of the sponsor, Millicom International Services, LLC (“ Sponsor ”), and Viamericas Corporation ( Co –Sponsor), its subsidiaries,
affiliates, suppliers, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, sales representatives, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, and marketing agencies, and
any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “ Sweepstakes Entities ”) are not eligible to enter or win. Other
eligibility requirements and conditions of participation are set forth below in these official rules for the Sweepstakes (“Official Rules ”). All federal, state, municipal, and local
laws and regulations apply. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. Territories and Possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“ EDT ”) on November 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“ EST ”) on December 31, 2013 (“ Entry Period ”). Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Any entry received prior to or after the Entry
Period will be void.
3. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES . Eligible individuals (“ Entrant ” or “Entrants ”) have the following two options to receive entries
into the Sweepstakes Drawings (as defined below) (“ Entry ” or “ Entries ”): (a) WITH PURCHASE : To receive an Entry into the Drawings with a purchase, the Entrant must send
an International remittance through Viamericas payable by a Tigo Money Agent In Guatemala, by providing the beneficiary cellular phone number in Guatemala. There is no
minimum amount necessary to be sent necessary to receive an Entry into the Drawings. International remittances may be sent at any of the authorized Viamericas participating retail locations, list:

Upon completion of an eligible transaction during the Entry Period, the Entrant will be entitled to an Entry into the Drawings. There is no limit on the number of Entries that an
Entrant may submit during the Entry Period. Any International remittance that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be unwarranted or insufficient for an Entry will be void,
and the corresponding Entry will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. (b) WITHOUT PURCHASE: To receive an Entry into the Drawings without a purchase, the Entrant must
mail a 3”x5” card with the Entrant’s name, gender, date of birth, mailing address, email address, and telephone number in an envelope with proper postage to “Si reciben su dinero
con Tigo money tu ganas” - Without Purchase Entry,” 396 Alhambra Circle, Suite 1100, Coral Gables, FL 33134. The card must be handwritten in blue ink and must be received by
the Sponsor during the Entry Period. The card becomes the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not
be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. There is no limit on the number of Entries that an Entrant may submit during the Entry Period without purchase. Any card that
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be unwarranted, illegible, or insufficient for an Entry will be void, and the corresponding Entry will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
Use of an automated system to submit Without Purchase Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. Entry Conditions: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e - mail address
associated with the Entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person assigned to an e - mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e - mail addresses. All Entries must be received during the Entry Period in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Any Entry received after the
Entry Period will be void. Neither Sponsor, any telephone network, nor service providers are responsible for incorrect transcription of entry information, or for any human error,
technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability
to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected Entries or Entries not properly forwarded to
Sponsor.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): The following prize (individually, “Prize” and collectively, “Prizes”) will be awarded to sixteen(16) Sweepstakes winners: each
winner will receive a bicycle worth $250USD. The ARV of each Prize is $250, and the total ARV for the Sweepstakes is $4,000. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs
associated with acceptance or use of the Prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Each winner may waive his/her right to receive a Prize. A Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and must be accepted by the Winner as awarded.
6. Winner Selection: A total of six teen (16) Prize winners (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) will be selected by the Co-Sponsor through random drawings held on
January 15, 2014 (each a “Drawing”). At the Drawing, the Co-Sponsor will randomly select sixcteen (16) Winners from among all eligible Entries received at the time of the
Drawing. Each Drawing will be conducted by Co-Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. LIMIT: ONE PRIZE
PER ENTRANT REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES SUBMITTED BY THAT ENTRANT DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.
7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize in the Sweepstakes depend upon the number of eligible Entries received from each Viamericas participating retail location at
the time of the Drawing.
8. Winner Notification and Verification: Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules, including any eligibility requirements. The Winners will be
notified within one (1) day after the Drawing. The Winners will be announced on the Sponsor’s webpage, http://www.tigo.com.gt/tigo-money (“Webpage”). The Winners will
also be notified by telephone or e - mail using the telephone number or e - mail address provided at the time of Entry in the Sweepstakes by Co-sponsor. Co-Sponsor & Sponsor
is not responsible if unable to contact a Winner for prize notification purposes for whatever reason, including Entrant’s failure to provide a correct telephone number or e - mail
address at the time of entry. Within fifteen (15) days after receiving notification of winning, a potential Winner must execute and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: (a) potential Winner’s inability to accept
the Prize; (b) the inability of Sponsor to contact the potential Winner for any reason; (c) failure of the potential Winner to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within fifteen (15) days after notification of winning; or (d) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by
Sponsor & Co–Sponsor at their sole discretion. In the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason or waives his/her right to receive a Prize, Co-Sponsor & Sponsor
may award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries submitted.
9. Prize Delivery: Within thirty (30) days after verification of a Winner’s identity and eligibility to win a Prize, Co-Sponsor or its representative and agent will contact the Winner
to coordinate and make appropriate arrangements for the handing of the Prize to the Winner at Co-sponsor agents offices.
Conditions, Disclaimers, and License: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (a) he or she will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules; (b) the Entry, including
any comments submitted, becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; (c) neither Sponsor & co-sponsors nor any of its affiliated companies
or the advertising and promotional agencies affiliated with Sponsor or those affiliated companies, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives (collectively, Sponsor’s “ Affiliates ”) are responsible for claims, injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes , or
the awarding, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of a Prize; (d) Sponsor & Co- sponsor are not responsible for any inability of a Winner to accept a Prize for
any reason; and (e) by entering the Sweepstakes , all Entrants further agree that Sponsor and Co-Sponsor have the sole right to decide all matters relating to the 4 Sweepstakes,
including fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, fulfillment, and disputes from the Sweepstakes. Entries are void if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated, tampered
with, forged, mechanically reproduced, misdirected, late, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Although Sponsor & Co-Sponsor attempts
to ensure the integrity of the Sweepstakes, neither Sponsor, co-sponsor nor any of its affiliated companies or the advertising and promotional agencies affiliated with Sponsors,
Co-sponsors or those affiliated companies are responsible for the actions of Entrants or other individuals in connection with the Sweepstakes, including attempts by Entrants or
other individuals to circumvent these Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If, for any
reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus , worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes which, in the sole
opinion of Sponsor & Co-sponsor, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the
Sweepstakes, Sponsor & co-sponsors reserve the right at their sole and absolute discretion to modify these Official Rules, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any
part of the Sweepstakes, and in the event of cancellation or termination, to select winners from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received up to the time of such cancellation,
termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable. If the Sweepstakes is terminated by Sponsor & Co- Sponsor as set forth above, Sponsor & Co-sponsor will post notice of
such termination on the Webpage. Inclusion in such drawing will be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Proof of submitting Entry will not be
deemed receipt of such Entry by Sponsor & Co-sponsor. THE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE POSTED AT PARTICIPATING VIAMERICAS Agent Locations THROUGHOUT THE ENTRY
PERIOD. BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ENTRANT
IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE. SPONSOR AND Co-sponsors AND ITS AFFILIATES RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME
AND AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR DEEM INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES, CONTEST OR
OTHER PROMOTIONS OF THE SPONSOR CO-SPONSORS AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, ANY INDIVIDUAL SUSPECTED OF TAMPERING WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE
OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; ACTING IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR SPONSOR’S, CO-SPONSOR’S AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES TERMS OF SERVICE,
PRIVACY POLICY OR OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS OR GUIDELINES; ACTING IN BAD FAITH OR IN A DISRUPTIVE MANNER, OR WITH THE INTENT TO ANNOY, ABUSE,
THREATEN OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON; HAVING FAILED TO AG REE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES; OR VIOLATING THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN
ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF THESE
OFFICIAL RULES, AS WELL AS CRIMINAL A ND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SPONSOR, CO-SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES BELIEVE OR BECOME AWARE THAT SUCH AN
ATTEMPT HAS BEEN, IS BEING, OR WILL BE MADE, SPONSOR 7 CO-SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE
ENTRANT(S) AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL( S) IN THE ATTEMPTED 5 DAMAGE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 11. Limitations on Liability: Neither Sponsor, co-sponsor nor its Affiliates shall be liable to any Winner or any other person for failure to supply
the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi - governmental entity (whether or not
the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather,
hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down , civil disturbance,
insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s, co-sponsor’s or its Affiliates’ sole control. 12. Release and Indemnification: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS
RELEASE AND HOLD THE SPONSOR, CO-SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND
ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED
ACTIVITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ACCESS TO ANY MATERIALS, OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR
MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY
DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY
Miscellaneous: (a) Privacy: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Co-Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (as
may be amended from time to time), currently available at http://www.tigo.com.gt/tigo-money provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such
Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of the Official Rules shall prevail. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that Sponsor & co-sponsors may share Entrant’s personal
information with its Affiliates for the purpose of Prize fulfillment in the event Entrant is chosen as a potential winner. Entrants whose e - mail address is submitted as part of this
Sweepstakes agree that Sponsor & co-sponsors may contact them by e - mail to make Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information
regarding Sponsor’s & Co- sponsors products, special events, promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Entrants may choose to opt - out of future e - mail notifications by
clicking the link in the e - mail and following the opt-out instructions. Opting in to specific offers does not improve an Entrant’s chances of winning. NOTE: IN CASE OF ANY
CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S & CO-SPONSORS ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY, THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL CONTROL.
(b) Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, by accepting a Prize, each Winner grants permission for Sponsor, co-sponsor and its agents to use his/her name, voice, image and/or
likeness, for advertising, merchandising, promotion and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and
without additional compensation. (c) Applicable Law: The Sweepstakes, and any disputes that may arise hereunder, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of
Florida without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the state of
Florida. 14. Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor & Cosponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with the Official Rules, subject to amendment by
Sponsor & co-sponsor. Each Entrant must comply with the Official Rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the Official Rules by participating in the Sweepstakes. The terms of the Sweepstakes, as set out in the Official Rules, are not subject to amendment or counteroffer, except as set out herein. If any provisions of the Official Rules
are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor’s and Co-sponsors failure to enforce any term of these Official
