THE MED DIET 4.0 PROJECT
An itinerant and interactive installation, risen by the collaboration of the most eminent
international experts in the field, authorities and italian and international research centres, that
wants to promote a new model of Sustainable Mediterranean Diet, the MED DIET 4.0, reshaped
in a more contemporary vision on 4 dimensions: healthy, cultural, environmental and economic.

THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE
The new and innovative scientific contents were developed by the International Scientific Committee of IFMeD International Foundation of Mediterranean Diet, with the technical and scientific support of CIHEAM-Bari and ENEA
in partnership with CIISCAM/Sapienza Università di Roma, with the aim to update the current traditional
Mediterranean Diet model and to lead it in the future as a sustainable contemporary way of life.



Putting, symbolically, the relationship among person and nature, society and the Planet at
the core of the Mediterranean diet. This means proceeding together and actively in order to
deal with and solve the complex issue related to globalization, in particular in the
Mediterraneum, and to the current unsustainable exploitation of natural resources.

GASOMETRO: the Dome
The geodetic shaped structure, suitable for urban landscapes and wide-open areas, is
made by steel arches. The vault, completely customized, is covered with a Total Black tarp
that darken the interior of the pavillion from any light source.
