Arctic Helix Heater Duct
Our highly flexible helix design incorporates an extra-strength wear strip
to provide exceptional abrasion resistance – and protect the structural
integrity of the ducts on the toughest jobsites.
• 20" and 24" ducts are available in some configurations.
Product Specifications:
• All ducts are sold individually boxed.
• The sewn in spiral wire (helix) is reinforced between two layers of fabric to
help maintain the shape, providing superior flexibility and versatility in vertical
applications.
All Arctic Heater Ducts come with the following product specifications:
• Spiral wire reinforced to prevent collapsing and to support bending.
Arctic EconoRush Heater Ducts
Low cost solution, designed with a synthetic
fabric, for delivering heat to temporary
or permanent buildings.
Product Specifications:
• Mildew resistant, water repellent,
flame resistant (FR).
• Duct fabric is rot/mildew, moisture, oil and chemical
resistant.
• Helix heater ducts offer continuous service
temperature ratings from
-65°F to 500°F (-54°C to 260°C).
• Remains flexible in cold weather
conditions. Cold crack tested
to -65°F (-54°C).
• Passes FR testing to CAN/ULC-S109.
• Partially lined with high heat fabric
rated to 500°F (260°C) for added
protection near heater unit.
• Interlocking steel collar at one end
and strap and buckle attachment
system at the other allows either

Arctic HT Large Diameter Heater Duct
High temperature designed to resist heat and efficiently push air over
greater distances in temporary or permanent buildings.

The next generation of void form, offering improved thermal insulation,
resiliency and weight bearing capacity. Nordic Void ThermaGuard TG-250
contains similar product characteristics but with following improved benefits:
• 40% improvement in its thermal
insulation value, compared to Nordic
Void Form.
• Helps prevent frost from migrating
under the foundation to reduce
potential heave when installed as an
insulating flank.
• More resilient with a 25% improvement
in resistance to creep (i.e.) permanent
loss of thickness under constant static
compressive load. Testing involving
multiple stress/strain cycles also shows
improved resiliency, meaning TG-250
will perform year after year.
• 30% increase in load bearing capacity, allowing for higher concrete pour weights
and improved load distribution without adding thickness to the overall void depth.

Nor-Flex 100 Expansion Joint Fillers
Flexible, lightweight, closed cell foam expansion joint filler for
interior and exterior applications including concrete placement
and repair needs. Ideal use for expansion, contraction and/or
isolation joints.
Product Specifications:
• Fabricated with closed cell foam that is chemically resistant,
ultraviolet stable, non-absorbent, flexible and lightweight.
Can be formed around curved objects.
• Easy to remove pre-scored, tear-away strip provides
a uniform sealing cavity in the joint.
• Standard 1/2" thickness. Standard
widths of 3", 4", 5", 6" and 8".
Custom sizes available.
Foundation & Infrastructure Foam
Nor-Flex Expansion Joints: EV50 & EV380
Highly durable expansion joint material used for horizontal or vertical
applications to resist permanent compression set and long-term
compressive creep in construction applications.
Product Specifications:
• Fabricated with closed cell, cross-linked EV foam.
• Highly resilient, chemical resistant, non-absorbent,
flexible and lightweight.
• Repels debris and is unaffected by road salts
and petroleum products.
• EV380 has unique additives which provide
excellent resistance to UV degradation.
• Permits compression up to 50% and tension
up to 25% when bonded in place.
• Must be used with an appropriate epoxy
or joint sealing adhesive.
• Used in building and construction sealing
and thermal insulation applications including,
