disconnected from battery power. This is an anti-theft feature.
Before unplugging power, you must determine if your radio/
source unit requires a reset code. Check the operation manual

ventilation. Mount the amplifier to
a secure surface. Do not mount

If possible, with the source unit off, confirm that the primary volume control is
turned down (counter clockwise).

Turn on the source unit (CD, or MP3 player). Re-confirm that the volume is
turned down. Make sure the source unit controls; balance, fader, bass and
treble are all set to center or “0” adjustment. Make sure that the green LED on
the end of the amplifier is illuminated.

Play a clean musical selection of which you are very familiar. CD is preferred.
Do not use radio signals for level setting. Hit play and start turning the volume
of the source unit up.
4.
Stop increasing the source unit volume when you reach 3/4 (about 75%) or until
you hear speakers begin to slightly start producing distortion.
5.
Increase the amplifier level (clockwise) until distortion is heard, then back
the level down (counter clockwise) until the distortion is eliminated. Small
adjustments may need to be made to balance the levels of multiple amplifiers.

Subsonic: This setting acts as a low frequency
cut off for your system bass reproduction.

Adjustment
Phase: The Phase can be adjusted to give the
perception of bass reaching the listener at the
same time regardless of location.

Width: This setting controls the amount of frequencies included in the Bass Boost. The
bandwidth varies from narrow to wide in a pyramid style boost with the selected Bass

Center Frequency: This setting is used for selecting the frequency you want to focus your
enhancement on. Suggested enhancement is from 35-45Hz, but you should be careful not

Boost: This setting adjusts the amount of boost on the selected Bass Frequency and
Bandwidth. This setting is variable from 0-10dB. This feature provides impact to your
bass, but if not adjusted correctly, it can be over used and cause damage to your
subwoofers and amplifiers. It is best to slowly turn this setting clockwise until the desired
bass impact is felt. It is not recommended to exceed the 12 o’clock position unless
listening at a low volume or a low recording quality as this can result in high distortion and
premature clipping.
