New stuff to discover
1. Re-Thonet 14
Nilufar Edition, re-elaboration of the iconicchair
Design: AndreaSalvetti
With our feet in an ice-filled bucket and other parts of our body close to a BBQ, we look back on what’s happened in the material world
over the last couple of months, starting in alleyways to Milan’s high mass of design – including the off-circuit events such as Ventura
Lambrate or Superstudio Piu at Tortona – then across the Atlantic to ICFF in NY, moving back to the old continent at DMY in Berlin and
shifting back to the Gulf – or is it golf – area at Art Dubai. As always in this series, it’s about the entertainment of the product - in a vigorous
and playful way - from the emerging and the established... and their grandsons, the hopefully excited and ignited, and some of the rest.
