Short term rentals being periods of days or weeks rented on a daily rate. Long term rentals will be on an annual lease and a monthly rate. The benefit of a short term rental is that the owner has usage of the property as well as a stronger income. Maintenance services Maintenance services include: - Attend to minor maintenance needs of your property such as: replacing light bulbs, repairing broken door handles shelves, hinges, sorting out basic plumbing problems, etc... All repairs exceeding a one off cost of Rs 3000 will be charged to you, after having sought your approval, and deducted from your rental income - The maintenance does not include mandatory servicing of equipment and appliances including air conditioners and washing machines. Long Term Rental Services - Provide exposure for your property to top local rental agencies to maximize interests from prospects - Our service includes arranging visits and presenting the apartment to prospect tenants and drawing up the lease agreement Please note that the expatriate market would be the main market for this type of property (not as diversified as the tourism market.)
