TECHNICAL SUPERVISION over performance of investment works and construction of buildings. MILšPED Investor: “Milšped nekretnine” d.o.o. Belgrade ‘’Neimar projekt’’ d.o.o. built the warehouse facility “WH2”, with the accompanying office space, having the surface of 16,000 m2, and infrastructural ground which occupies the surface of 36,000 m2. The facility is located within the warehouse and distribution centre of “Milšped”, one of the leaders in the field of transport and logistics in Serbia and the region. “WH2” was built in period from April 2013 to October 2013. With its new warehouse and business space, built according to the contemporary concept of the “logistics city”, “Milšped” represents one of the most state-of-the-art logistics centers in the region with organized traffic flows, open customs warehouse and additional facility for technical purposes. The warehouse facility “WH2” is designed in accordance with the requests of the modern high bay warehouses including three operational complexes: reception-delivery zone, cross docking zone and warehouse which is organized in departments and working gallery, intended for additional activities with the possibility to be organized into an independent technological subsystem. LMB SOFT Investor: ’’Lmb soft’’ d.o.o. The construction of the industrial and business complex ’’Lmb soft’’ d.oo. Niš, the German company whose core activity is research and development of new products and production of medicine devices for blood separation in transfusion, was realized as per „turn-key“ system by “Neimar projekt“ d.o.o. in the period from March 2014 to January 2015. The construction of the new production hall with the office was performed according to the investment plan which anticipated the production and business facility with the surface of 1,800 m2 and the complete infrastructure of the complex with the surface of 3,740m2, enabling the extension of the production capacities of the existing production line of “Lmb soft’’ company, at the same time representing the link of knowledge and high performances which the company possesses. GEBRÜDER WEISS Investor: Gebrüder Weiss d.o.o. In the period from November 2014 to September 2015, for the needs of the Austrian investor “Gebrüder Weiss d.o.o. Transport and Logistics”, located at Beogradska bb, Dobanovci, Srbija, ‘’Neimar Projekt’’ built a warehouse and business complex, according to “turn-key” system, in the immediate vicinity of the motor-way E75 occupying 34,850.00 m2. The complex is comprised of modern office space, reloading hall, entrance facility, logistics hall – high bay warehouse, external landscaping, with modern infrastructural systems representing the basis for further modernization. CITY EXPRESS Investor: “Ali invest” d.o.o. The construction of the distributional centre complex for postal products and other service of the “City Express”, financed by “Ali invest” d.o.o. Belgrade, was entrusted with “Neimar projekt” d.o.o. according to “turn-key” system. The complex is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the motor way E75 and is comprised of the warehouse facility and the administration building with the surface of 4,400m2 with the entire infrastructural ground occupying the surface of 12,500 m2. The warehouse segment is comprised of the central space for reception, sorting and distribution of the postal and other products, supplementary administrative segment of the building, with counter service hall, offices and necessary staff rooms as well as the basement for placing spare material and equipment necessary for work processes as well as the material for internal servicing of the car park, whereas the offices and meeting rooms with the accompanying technical rooms are located in the administrative building. Residential COMPLEX, Niš Residential buildings at Ismeta Mujezinovića and Ljubinke Bobić streets Thanks to the investment project of the public enterprise “Gradsko Stambeno”, Neimar projekt d.o.o. renovated 45,000 m2 of the façade surface in Ismeta Mujezinovića and Ljubinke Bobić streets in Bežanijska kosa Municipality, which makes it the largest construction ground in the Balkan region in terms of the populated residential buildings. Magdon Residential COMPLEX, Niš Residential building at Vajara Đoke Jovanovića STREET, Beograd CERTIFICATES Neimar projekt d.o.o. in its course of doing business, is devoted to fulfilling customers’ requests and improvement of management system in accordance with standard requirements: ISO 9001 :2008 – Quality management system. ISO 14001 :2005 – Environmental management system. OHSAS 18001:2008 – Occupational health and safety system. ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM In realizing its business activities, Neimar projekt has implemented and applied an internationally acknowledged environmental management system ISO 14001.
