breeders that donated - National Jersey Wooly Rabbit Club
National Jersey Wooly Rabbit Club
Monday, October 31, 2:00 p.m.
This year the NJWRC contacted 20-25 breeders from around the states and asked their donation
of outstanding animals. We are proud to present these quality animals from these top breeders
for your consideration. All of these animals are entered in the show and you can see them in
their coops. You will also have opportunity to examine the animals individually immediately before the auction begins. Remember proceeds from this auction benefit the National Jersey Wooly
Rabbit Club, so bring your competitive spirit and bid often.
If you have a last minute addition to the auction, please note that your donation must approved by Deidre Edder or Brian Caudill prior to acceptance into the Golden Fleece
Auction.

Orange Woolies. I will also be offering her sister for sale. She is ready to breed!
QAF’s Marine
Broken (Black Otter) Jr. Buck
Breeder: Shonna & Duane Ausbourne
Thistledown’s Hardball
QAF’s Marine is a sibling to our convention trio rabbit. He was born June 18th 2011. His sire
is Caudill’s D12 (Broken Chestnut) and Dam is QAF’s Friday (Black). QAF’s Friday is out of
QAF’s Lola [Black Otter] who won BOG Tan Pattern at the 09 ARBA National Convention
and M an’ M’s Oswego [Blue Buck] who won BOSB at this year’s Wooly Nationals.
QAF’s Marine is a promising little buck. His coat is in transition so it’s uneven in the photos.
His pedigree has 83+ legs in the background! The bucks in this line take a little while to fill
out but he’s got a lot of width between his eyes - and I LOVE his markings!
JD’s MP1
Breeder: Jeff & Denise Geick
Thistledown’s Hardball
MP1 has 6 GC legs and was 4th place last year in the colored wool class at the Convention.
DOB is 4/7/09. His sister M18 won 1st place colored wool and was also the BOSG broken as a
junior. His sire is JD’s Marrio [Broken Siamese Sable] and dam is Lone Oaks Penelople [Black].
LeSage’s Lady A
Breeder: Angel LeSage
Thistledown’s Hardball
Shaded (Seal) Jr. Doe
Sire: LeSage’s MOJO, #MO [a Seal has 4 legs & GC] & Dam: LeSage’s Pretty Baby, #L8
[Siamese Sable 5 legs] Lady A has not had much of a chance to be shown because she was
born at the end of spring and is just now old enough to be shown. She has 2-1/4 inch ears
with wide shoulders and a great butt. I am worried she will be in her “uglies” at convention at 5 months of age.
MBR’s Flo Jo
Breeder: Michelle & Valerie Uptagrafft

Flo Jo is a black doe & will be 7 months at convention. She’s the daughter of MBR Cracker,
