About SML For the last thirty eight years Smailing Tours & Travel has maintained a position in the list of the top 5 travel agents in Indonesia, attending to and representing international travel operators by providing travel services in Bali. At Smailing, we are justifiably proud of our reputation as leaders within our industry for the provision of a reliable, professional, yet friendly service to our clients. The Outbound division, which has been responsible for helping Indonesians to travel abroad for over thirty years is managed and operated at our company headquarters in Jakarta. The Inbound division of our company is based in Bali, ‘the Gateway of Indonesia’. Our office is multilingual in English, French, Spanish and Indonesian; additionally we employ the services of tour guides who are fluent in a host of other languages including Japanese, Chinese, German, Italian and Korean. Our office is open 24 hours a day, ensuring that our partners and their clients can always get hold of any of our departments, from our knowledgeable concierge to our helpful managers. We also have a multinational team, from different parts of Asia and Europe, working together to present Indonesia in its best light, thus making it easier for our partners to provide the best service for their clients.
