ABOUT OSHKOSH
Oshkosh is the home of the world renowned Experimental
Aircraft Association. Their annual air show attracts over
500,000 people from around the world. The airport
becomes the largest airport in the United States during this
week long celebration. The airport is located directly across
Hwy 41 from the shopping center.
Over 32,000 college students live in the primary market.
University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh is home to over 13,000
students.
Major employers in the area establish the local commitment, including 4imprint, Miles Kimball, Bemis and Oshkosh
Corporation which constructs trucks for military defense.

United States” by Money Magazine, and also ranked by

A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT WITH MORE THAN SHOPPING
Oshkosh is known as “The Event City”. Approximately 800,000
people attend the annual Experimental Aircraft Association
Festival every summer, making it the busiest airport in the world for a week.
Waterfest is an 8 day concert event held during the summer at the Leach
Amphitheater. Over 30,000 fans come to enjoy an array of music from
Jazz to R&B.
Adjacent to the shopping center is Ford Festival Park which holds
nationally recognized concerts, such as Country USA and Rock USA that
each garner over 100,000 attendees during their week-long events.
Known for its sporting draw, Oshkosh hosts the U.S. Volleyball Open,
the NCAA Cross Country Meet, the annual Half Marathon, the Cabela's
Fishing Tournament and offers a scenic hiking and bike trail, Wiouwash
Trail, that also draws the winter tourists for snowshoeing and cross
country skiing. Oshkosh also holds state-based events, including the
Miss Wisconsin Pageant and Irish Fest, in addition to its famous
Celebration of Lights during the holidays. While tourists are in Oshkosh
for national events, they also partake in the community culture,
including the prestigious and historical Grand Opera House, Paine
Art Center and Gardens, Public Museum and The Waters, an esteemed
and breathtaking event venue.
Lake Winnebago is the nation’s second largest inland freshwater lake.
The lake’s 85 miles of shoreline is dotted with lighthouses, harbors,
launch ramps, lakeside parks and restaurants on the water.
