The Company holds assets in four resorts:
Asset Portfolio
In addition, the Company has
ownership in three hotels in
downtown Toronto (King Edward,
Cosmopolitan, Pantages), a hotel in
Cleveland, USA (Hyatt), and will
soon close on a ski resort in
California (Bear Valley).
All of the assets are located
near existing communities,
with developed infrastructure
(hospitals, shopping,
entertainment).
All of the assets are located in
southern Ontario up to a 2.5
hour drive from downtown
Toronto.
In each of the communities, the
Company holds substantial land
reserves for development.
Experienced Development Team
Gil Blutrich | President
Founded Skyline in 1998 and established Mishorim in
1990. Recipient of E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year
award during 2004. Currently the Chairman and
President of Skyline focusing primarily on business
development.
Michael Sneyd | C.E.O.
Over 30 years of experience in residential real
estate projects and resorts in North America and
the Caribbean. Prior to joining Skyline in 2010 was
President/COO of private equity funds that
developed 4 golf communities totalling over 6,300
acres and 5 hotels and resorts with 1,300 rooms.
Vadim Shub | C.F.O.
Over 17 years of experience in the management of
funds for public companies; certified accountant in
Canada, Israel and the US.
Dan Piggott | Vice President of Development
Over 25 years of experience in development of
residential, commercial and resort based projects.
Most recently, prior to joining Skyline was
responsible for developing the Blue Mountain
Village.
Mark Goldberg | V.P. Asset Management
In Real Estate almost 30 years, at Skyline 8.5 Years.
Asset Managed 5.5 million commercial square feet in
Ontario and Quebec. Leased 2 million square feet.
John Giffen | Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Over 20 years of real estate experience working for
top development, resort and hotel companies.
