Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for our legal
advice and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for our
insurance activities. As such clients can be assured that

complaints relating to these services are subject to
adjunction by Legal Ombudsman (LeO).
Our insurance services (arranging Legal expenses
Insurance cover) sit outside the scope of both
regulation by the SRA and of the jurisdiction of LeO (in
