chicken and cows are freely roaming in total peace… The vast variety of original
products offers pretty much everything gourmets are dreaming of. The fresh

Facilities: all rooms and suites in the main house and in the Park villa
have a balcony, bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, mini-bar, bathrobe, TV, radio,
telephone, safe, rucksack for hire, air-conditioner and free Wi-Fi.
Prices: 5% discount on daily tariff for 5-day stays for full-price-payers;
packages and special weeks are excluded from these offer. Discount on
request for third and fourth person in same room.
Our little guests: Children aged 0-3, staying in room with parents, pay € 20/
day (without meals). Children aged up to 6, staying in room with parents,
pay € 55/day. Children aged 6-12, staying in room with parents, pay € 75/day.
Children aged 12-16, staying in room with parents, pay € 95/day.
100% discount for children up to the age of 12, staying in room with parents
who pay full tariff in the following periods 06.06. – 31.07., and 17.10. – 06.11.

Dogs: small dogs only allowed upon request. Cleaning charge, € 20 per day
(without food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, park, pool and spa
area.
Paring/garage: hotel parking or garage included subject to availability.
Reserved parking spot in garage: € 15/day.
Arrival and departures: no check-in or check out on Easter Sunday, 27th
march 2016.
Rooms are to be left by 11 AM on departure day.
Late check-out: subject to availability and with surcharge.
Payment: cash, EC card, debit and credit cards (VISA, EURO or
MASTERCARD).
Please communicate your preferred payment method on arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations are unpleasant for everyone. In case of
cancellation we will do our best to rent out the room or apartment. In case
this shouldn’t be successful you will be liable for the payment of the full
amount. Same rules apply for late arrivals or anticipated departure. No
cancellation fee up to 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival: 50% of total payable amount.
Cancellation fee up to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of total payable amount.
Cancellation fee up to 1 day prior to arrival: 90% of total payable amount.
Cancellation fee for not showing up is: 100% of the total payable amount.
For early departure we will charge 3 days of stay.
Deposits are non-refundable. Therefore we recommend you get travel
