CONCEPT AND MASTERPLAN
Beach Enclave is a premier gated beachfront villa enclave, combining private home ownership with rental and management services. It offers nine magnificent homes with an elevated and low-density living experience, blending footprintsin-the-sand living with majestic panoramas of the island’s North Shore. Six beachfront homes are nestled on a cliff with
up to 40’ of elevation and over 100’ of beachfront on approximately 0.9 acres each, as well as a private beach area unique

A footpath accesses the Beach Enclave beach which offers beach amenities and services. Two home designs are available
