Aims of Graduate School of Management MSU Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program is focused on identifying solutions, making them work and evaluating the consequences of those actions. Students acquire skills for effective leadership — skills that will help them to identify challenges and opportunities; draw on the latest technology and information; use advanced analytical and planning approaches, and execute plans for positive change. Businesses need leaders who can act prudently and realistically in dealing with change. Most appropriately therefore GSM's curriculum embraces elements that endorse problem solving and leadership. It examines current theories, practices, and issues in business research methods. It also studies the relation-ships between business in the private and public sectors in the context of social and global issues. Each student will be assigned with a supervisor that guiding them throughout the implementation of the project. At the end, the student is required to write a project paper of not less than 10,000 words and to be submitted for presentation and evaluation.
