On the following pages, you will find information on the ship and its amenities, the cruise itinerary and the ports of call. The Panama Canal Cruise is a 12-Day Cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Pearl! We have also included one nights lodging in Miami prior to the cruise. We will be staying at the beautiful Hilton Miami Downtown Hotel on November 16. This will allow you to enjoy some free time to explore the area (depending on our flight time), as well as get some extra rest before we set sail! There is an initial $500 deposit per person due by December 1, 2015. The full balance will be due July 1, 2016. You are welcome to make payments towards the trip at anytime. Part of the initial deposit guarantees your reservation and, as per cruise line policy, $50 will become non-refundable immediately. Below, you will find a deposit form for you to fill out if you decide to book this trip. A passport is required for this trip, as we will be traveling outside the United States. Your first and last names MUST be printed below as they appear on your Passport. The correct spelling of names is extremely important as there is a penalty charge later (cruise and air-related) for the name to be changed. Please also note who you are rooming with if they are sending in their deposit separately. There will be travel insurance available for this trip. If you would like an insurance packet to look over, please let us know and we will send you one. If you decide to purchase the insurance, it MUST BE purchased with your initial deposit.
