Valuations are provided by the donors and do not reflect an independent appraisal. Following the event, each purchaser will be sent a letter for tax reporting purposes. Diller-Quaile assumes no risk, liability, or responsibility for any of the items included in the Auction, and is not liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of the items. Diller-Quaile is not liable and no exchange or refund will be offered for events cancelled or rescheduled. Unless otherwise specified, all items must be used by April 14, 2017. Unless otherwise specified, dates and times are to be determined at the mutual convenience of donor and purchaser, and all items are non-transferable. All sales are final; purchasers may not ask for exchanges or refunds from either Diller-Quaile or the donor. Please read the specifications and limitations in each lot description carefully. Payment for all Auction items may be made by cash, credit card, or check made payable to The Diller-Quaile School of Music. Auction On Thursday, April 14th the Auction will begin at 6:30 pm and conclude at approximately 10:00 pm. The School will be using BidPal mobile bidding throughout the duration of the auction. Bids, in increments of $50, can be entered via BidPal’s secure mobile bidding site sent to each attendee’s smartphone. Please note that on lots valued at $1,000-$1,999, bidding will be in increments of $100, and for those valued at $2,000+, the bidding will be in increments of $250. The winning bid is the highest bid above the minimum bid submitted before the close of the Auction. Winners will be announced at approximately 10:15 pm on the evening of the Gala. Winners must pay for and pick up their items at The Diller-Quaile School of Music by April 22, 2016. Items not paid for by April 22nd will be offered to the runner-up bidder. If an item is not purchased by a runner-up bidder, the item remains the financial responsibility of the original winner.
