Introductie
De Machinefabriek
De Machinefabriek is een dochterbedrijf van De Beheer. Als
constructiebedrijf biedt De Machinefabriek een volledig
diensten- en productenpakket op het gebied van hef- en
hijswerktuigen. Daarnaast biedt De Machinefabriek een
breed pakket hydraulische attachments voor hydraulische
overslagkranen aan. Gevoegd bij een jarenlange ervaring
kunnen hiermee oplossingen worden geboden voor diverse
hijs- en constructieproblemen.
Voor beproeving, inspectie en reparatie van de hef- en
hijswerktuigen kunt u ook bij De Machinefabriek terecht.
Hef- en hijswerktuigen
De Machinefabriek is gespecialiseerd in de engineering en productie van hef- en hijswerktuigen, zowel standaard als maatwerk.
Voor op- en overslagbedrijven worden bijvoorbeeld hijstraversen, pallethaken, hijskruisen, hijskooien, heftruckvorken,
vatengrijpers, etc. gefabriceerd. Alle hef- en hijswerktuigen zijn voorzien van een CE-merk.
E-grab
Sinds 2003 behoren ook hydraulische attachments en snelwisselsystemen voor hydraulische overslagkranen tot het
leveringsprogramma. Onder de naam “E-grab” worden deze geheel in eigen huis ontworpen, ontwikkeld en getest.
Hiervoor wordt gebruik gemaakt van een modern computeromgeving, waarin sterkteberekeningen, calculaties en 3D-tekeningen
gemaakt worden.
Constructiewerk
In basis een constructiebedrijf, maakt De Machinefabriek daarnaast alle voorkomende constructies op aanvraag.
Dat kan variëren van een hekwerk tot bordessen, spanten, en allerlei frames, hulpstukken en verstevigingconstructies.
Verspaning
Het draai- en freeswerk wordt uitgevoerd met conventionele en moderne CNC machines.
De CNC machines worden geprogrammeerd met CAM software.
Knip- en zetwerk
De Machinefabriek beschikt over een knip- en zetbank met grote capaciteit.

De Machinefabriek
De Machinefabriek is a subsidiary of De Beheer. As a construction
company De Machinefabriek provides a package of full services and
products in the field of lifting and hoisting gear. In addition De
Machinefabriek presents a broad package of hydraulic attachments
for hydraulic dockside cranes. When years of experience are added,
solutions can be found for diverse problems regarding hoisting and
construction.
For testing, inspection and repair of this lifting and hoisting gear, De
Machinefabriek is also at your service.
Lifting and Hoisting Gear
De Machinefabriek is specialised in the engineering and production of lifting and hoisting gear, both standard and tailor-made.
For example, for storage and transshipment companies lifting beams, pallet hooks, Big-Bag hoist tools, hoist cages, fork-lift
forks, drum grabs, etc. are made.
All lifting and hoisting gear comes with CE-mark.
E-grab
Since 2003, hydraulic attachments and quick-change systems for dockside cranes have been added to the product range. Under
the name “E-grab” these are entirely designed, developed and tested within our own company. For this, a modern computer
environment is used in which structural strength analyses, calculations and 3D-drawings can be made.
Construction work
Although basically a construction company, in addition, De Machinefabriek manufactures all regularly occurring constructions on
request.
This can vary from railings to loading platforms, trusses and all kinds of frames, accessories and reinforcement constructions.
Machining
Turning and milling is carried out with conventional and modern CNC machines.
The CNC machine are programmed wit CAM software.
Cutting and setting
De Machinefabriek has a high-capacity cutting and bending machine.

Engineering / Productie
De Machinefabriek ontwerpt en fabriceert haar producten volgens de nieuwste normen.
Daarbij maken wij gebruik van diverse rekenprogramma’s, 3D teken software (Solid Edge) en Eindige Elementen Methode.
Al onze hijsproducten worden ontworpen volgens EN ISO 13155 en geleverd met een CE en EG verklaring.
Tevens kunnen wij leveren met EKH certificaat van beproeving of met keur volgens o.a. Lloyds, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) enz.
Overige producten worden geleverd volgens de daarvoor geldende normen en/of klant specifieke eisen.
Het lasproces binnen De is geborgd middels het EN-ISO 15607 certificaat. Dit certificaat zal op korte termijn vervangen worden
door het ISO 3834 certificaat. Onze lassers zelf zijn EN287-1 gecertificeerd.
Daarnaast heeft het bedrijf VCA en werkt men volgens het ISO 9001 systeem.
Engineering / Production
De Machinefabriek engineers and produce their products according to the latest standards.
Therefore we use several calculation programs, 3D-drawing software (Solid Edge) and Finite Element Method.
All our lifting products are engineered according to NEN-EN13155 and delivered with CE and EG declaration.
We can also deliver with EKH certificate of a loadtest or approval according to: Lloyds, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) etc.
Other products are delivered according to necessary standards and/or customer specific demands.
Our welding process is secured according to EN-ISO 15607. Soon it will be replaced through the ISO 3834 certificate.
Our welders are certified according to EN287-1.
Next to that our company is VCA certified and we are working according to ISO 9001.

E-grab hydraulische attachments
De Machinefabriek ontwerpt, ontwikkelt, fabriceert en test geheel in eigen huis diverse hydraulische attachments voor
hydraulische overslagkranen. Deze worden onder de naam E-grab over de gehele wereld geleverd. Revolutionair zijn de,
gepatenteerde, snelwisselsystemen die ook onder de naam E-grab gefabriceerd worden.
Deze bieden de kraanmachinist de mogelijkheid snel van attachment te wisselen zonder zware pennen e.d. te tillen. Naast de
standaard snelwissels heeft De Machinefabriek ook volautomatische snelwissels ontwikkeld waarbij ook de hydrauliekslangen
automatisch gekoppeld worden.
E-grab hydraulic attachments
De Machinefabriek designs, develops, manufactures and tests, entirely within our own company, various hydraulic attachments for
hydraulic dockside cranes. These are delivered all over the world under the name E-grab. The patented quick-change systems,
which are also manufactured under the name of E-grab, are revolutionary. They allow the crane driver to change the attachment
quickly without lifting heavy pins and suchlike. In addition to the standard quick-change systems, the De Machinefabriek has also
developed fully automatic quick changes with which the hydraulic hoses can be coupled automatically.
Multi-Tool type 1
Snelwisselsysteem voor het snel en eenvoudig wisselen van hydraulische attachments. Hydraulische slangen dienen handmatig
gekoppeld te worden. Met 4 hydraulische doorlaten. Één elektrische doorlaat is optioneel.

Hijs- en hefwerktuigen
De Machinefabriek is gespecialiseerd in de productie van hef- en hijswerktuigen, zowel standaard als maatwerk.
Voor op- en overslagbedrijven, machinefabrieken en allerhande andere bedrijven worden evenaren, pallethaken, hijskruisen,
hijskooien, vorktraversen, vatengrijpers, etc. gefabriceerd. Alle producten worden op sterkte berekend en voorzien van
Wegmarkering. Voor beproeving, inspectie en reparatie kunt u ook bij ons terecht. Daarnaast leveren wij allerhande kettingwerk,
staalkabels, hijshaken, stroppen en andere voorkomende hijs- en hefmiddelen.
Lifting and hoisting gear
De Machinefabriek is specialised in the production of lifting and hoisting gear, both standard and tailor-made.
For storage and transshipment companies, engineering works and other types of companies, lifting beams, pallet hooks, Big-Bag
hoist tools, hoisting cages, fork-lift cross beams, drum-grabs, etc. are manufactured. All products are calculated for strength and
are CE-marked. For testing, inspection and maintenance we can also be at Your service. In addition, we supply all kinds of chains,
steel cables, hoisting hooks, slings and other lifting and hoisting gear.
Accutraversen / Battery lifting
Traverse met geïsoleerde hijspunten. Afmetingen en WLL dienen bij aanvraag te worden opgegeven.
