• Trip and Rewards promotion runs April 1st, 2016 through March 31st, 2017.
Supply
• All accounts must be current
• Sales tax, delivery, service charges and all other incidental charges not
associated with actual material sale are excluded from incentive dollar
credit.
• Customer must have purchases that exceed the trip they desire to redeem.
Customer may not “pay up” to a higher value trip.
• Please reserve drive-away vacations 35 days before departure date: sports
trips 60 days before date, and cruise trips 90 days before departure date.
• Customers may work with Capitol Marketing to “upgrade” trip, add
days, rental cars, upgrade destination, cabins are inside staterooms
(cruises), etc. All additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upgrades depend on availability of request.
• All requests for travel depend on availability. Capitol Marketing Concepts
is the sole determining body of availability.
• Certain other restrictions apply and are listed on the travel voucher that
you will receive upon qualifying and requesting your package.
• Trips may only be earned as outlined. This program has no value other than
shown and may not be redeemed other than as outlined herein.
• Trip vouchers will be issued to qualifying companies. The individuals using
the trip assume any and all tax liability (if applicable).
• Void where prohibited by law or local ordinance.
•All trips are fully transferable(customers can giveaway to own customers/
employees).
•The online program rewards offering is a perpetual online catalog and is
continuously updating with new reward items and as status changes occur.
In the event a reward is discontinued by a manufacturer or is for some
reason no longer available (“NLA”) a suitable replacement of like-kind and
equal value may be offered. In the event a suitable is not available, the
Reward Center Customer Care will contact the participant and assist him/
her in making another selection.
