That means that every new customer you service adds to the ones you already have. A van can provide the FiltaFry service to between 25 and 40 customers (depending upon size and how many times each customer is serviced per week). The FiltaBio and FiltaCool services should then be introduced to these same customers (vertical expansion). If that customer takes FiltaBio and FiltaCool, that customer could be worth over $40,000 to you in just the first five years.
