Bottoms Up Beer
Bottoms Up Beer THE IDEA – BORN IN THE USA Josh Springer – the inventor of the Bottoms Up dispenser system Josh Springer revolutionised the American beer market in 2008 with his patented Bottoms Up Draft Beer Dispensing System® and special disposable cups. The idea is as follows: The beer is dispensed through a hole in the base of the cup, which is then sealed by a magnet. Sounds cool, doesn’t it? The Bottoms Up dispenser system is currently taking American sports stadiums and arenas by storm and impressing beer drinkers the world over. Advantages over conventional tap systems: •Up to 10 times faster allows you to pour significantly more product during busy periods, generating more sales. •Up to 30% less product loss thanks to the precise filling technology and a constant dispensing volume. •Bottoms Up turns beer dispensing into an event – a clear competitive advantage and the best way to generate additional sales. •Easy to use – the dispensing result is not influenced by the experience of bar staff. •The same beer quality every time. •Marketing opportunities offered by individually printed magnets as classic advertising collectibles or discount coupons. •Flexible volume programming. •Fully compatible with existing cooling systems. BOTTOMS UP BEER As a Bottoms Up exclusive partner and, having developed a specially tailored glass type, RASTAL is now finding brand new ways to use this innovative dispensing system in the classic restaurant trade, in clubs and bars, at events, in the catering industry and in all other areas where glass is the first choice. THE GLASS – MADE BY RASTAL NEW! The exclusive RASTAL Bottoms Up glass – tailored to the patented dispensing system technology – opens up new opportunities. 47.3 cl 16 US fl.oz. 16.6 Imp.fl.oz. 0.33 0.4 l FAQs How can you fill a glass from the bottom? The RASTAL Bottoms Up glass has a hole in the bottom surrounded by a metal ring. A magnet sits on top of this ring and is raised as soon as the glass is placed on the Bottoms Up dispenser system. The dispenser then starts to fill the glass completely automatically. Once the programmed quantity is reached, the magnet returns to its original position on the ring when the glass is removed, sealing the glass again. Once the glass is empty, the magnet can be removed by the customer as an advertising medium or give-away. If the glass is left in the glass, it can be washed together with the glass in any commercial dishwasher and then reused. Can the dispenser system be connected to existing cooling systems? The Bottoms Up system is compatible with all conventional cooling systems and flow coolers. For new and fixed installations in classic dispenser counters, the Bottoms Up Incounter Dispenser is available in versions ranging from single-pipe to six-pipe configurations. Can mobile bars also be retrofitted with the system? There is a tabletop version (Bottoms Up CounterTop Dispenser) for use in trailers and mobile bars.
