Drizzle a little Simply Better Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the steaks and season with one of our new Simply Better Herb seasonings, just before cooking. 3.Sear the steaks on both sides and cook the steaks to your liking (2-4 minutes on each side for rare, 4-5 minutes on each side for medium and 5-6 minutes on each side for well done) 4.Add a knob of Simply Better Hand Churned Cultured Irish Butter to the pan close to the end of the cooking time and allow to foam a little. Use this to baste the steaks. 5.Transfer the steaks to a plate and add a slice of Simply Better Hand Churned Roast Garlic & Peppercorn Irish Butter to each steak, then allow to rest at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before serving. Set up in 2007 by husband and wife team, Owen and Lorna Mullins. Created where the Irish Sea meets the lush green meadows of Wexford, all of the quiches are handmade. The flaky pastry, made with Irish butter, encases beautiful fillings based on Irish cream and Irish free range eggs. Based in Castlebellingham, the rapeseed is grown in the rich soil of their farm before being harvested and cold pressed on site. The oil is then filtered to produce premium Irish oil high in Omega 3 and with half the saturated fat of olive oil.
