Thraki Palace Thalasso & Wellness Spa co-operates exclusively in the area of Thrace (both products and therapies) with the French company Anne Semonin, a company which specializes in Spas.
Anne Semonin provides tailor made therapies, natural ingredients and a blend of essential oils
with trace elements making her special and unique. An extensive line of therapies for face and
body, lymphatic massage, wraps with seaweeds and argil, rare scrubs with black sand and grains
of volcano rocks will satisfy even the most demanding guest.

Our trained staff has been selected under strict criteria in order to provide our customized services
with enthusiasm, positive energy and scientific knowledge. Our treatments combine traditional
and modern techniques along with customized Thalassotherapy and Spa products. Their implementation is performed in a natural way in order to give out a trustworthy result while providing a
body and mind balance in order to satisfy the specific needs of each person.
Anne Semonin collection of therapies combines an avant garde mixture of essential oils, trace elements, sea extracts and a holistic approach in order to meet successfully the skin and body needs.
The therapies are designed in order to meet each one’s individual needs and provide comfort,

THE FACILITY
Our state-of-the-art facilities extend to 2400 square meters and are addressed to all Wellness
& Spa modern visitors. Our facilities are designed to meet the needs and demands of all our
guests and are environmental friendly as we use solar and geothermic energy. The area includes
4 Hydrotherapy & Thalassotherapy Pools (one with sea water), Thermal Spa Suite (Caldarium, Bio
Sauna, Aroma Steam Bath, 4 Experience Showers, Ice Fountain, Kneipp) 14 cabins for dry and wet
therapies (2 cabins have thalassotherapy tubs), 1 Vichy Shower, 1 Wet Table, 1 Junior Suite & the
Euphoria Spa Suite.

SPA ETIQUETTE
For the optimum comfort, security and relaxation of all of our guests, we would appreciate if you would
comply with the following rules and regulations throughout your stay at the areas of Thalasso & Wellness Spa.
The Thalasso & Wellness Spa is a place of complete relaxation and calmness. In order to provide you
with a complete serene environment we would appreciate if you use a low tone of voice during your
conversations. Please keep your cell phones closed and place them in your locker during your stay. Avoid
alcohol and food consumption at least two hours prior your therapies. Smoking is strictly forbidden in
all areas of the Thalasso & Wellness Spa.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday: from 08.30 a.m. to 22.30 p.m. Saturday from 10.00am to
20.00 am & Sunday: from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. Therapies are performed from 12:00 in the morning
until 20:00 in the evening. Usage of the establishment and treatment reservations are depending upon
availability which is changing during the Spa operation.
Tour of the Spa: is performed only after appointment and in specific hours during the Spa operation.
The hours are: 10:00-11:00 and 16:00 to 17:00 Cancellations: we fully understand that it might be
impossible for your to come to your appointment due to certain obligations. Please inform our Spa Reception 4 hours prior, in order to cancel your appointment (valid for a la carte treatments). We require
a 24 hour cancellation notice for packages. Should we do not receive timely cancellation we shall proceed with charges worth 50% of the price of the treatment or package. No shows are fully charged in
your credit card. Reservations: We suggest you to schedule your appointments as early as possible for
your convenience. For reservations please call us at 25510-89711. All prices can change without prior
notice. During weekends due to the increased traffic the notice for therapy reservations is 1 hour and
50 minutes for the external guests.
Waiting List: In the unlikely even that we do not have a therapy available at the time you have requested
it we will place you on a waiting list and we will notify you accordingly.
Age Limitations: Entrance to the Spa is allowed for persons over the 16 years of age. During special pool
programs for children under 16 years, parental presence is required.
During Arrival: We advise you to arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes prior your scheduled appointment
in order to fill out the relevant questionnaire regarding your health and way of life, change, take a shower
in order to be able to use all the services we provide for you. Should you arrive later than your scheduled
appointment your time of the treatment will be reduced.
What to wear: We provide you with towels for the gym, bathroom and pool, bathrobe, slippers and a locker
for your personal items. To use the facilities of the gym you are required to wear athletic shoes and light
clothing. Bathing suit is required to use the following: Hydrotherapy & Thalassotherapy Circuit, Thermal
Spa Suite, Rasul, hydrotherapies and pools. We also provide you with one use underwear for all body treatments. Hotel guests can arrive with bathrobes wearing bathing suites or underwear.
Prior the treatment: We suggest that you leave your personal items in the locker, locked and keep your key
at all times with you. Showers are imperative prior to every treatment. Women should not have shaved
if they are to perform exfoliation treatments and they should not wear make up. Men should not have
shaved prior a facial treatment. Exfoliation treatments are not performed to those persons having sun
burnt.
During the treatments: Most body treatments are performed without underwear. Our staff will allow you
to change in the cabin, wear your one-use underwear and if necessary during the treatments the parts
of the body that will not be treated will be covered by a towel or blanket. Our staff will ask you before
and during your treatment your wishes. Please inform them for massage pressure (more or less), for the
volume and kind of music you prefer, cabin temperature, etc. If you wish to speak it is entirely up to you.
Our staff will answer all your questions. If you choose to remain silent so will our staff.
After the treatment: Enjoy a complete Spa experience. After your treatment relax and enjoy a glass of tea
(we offer you a large variety), a glass of water or juices in our garden area with the waterfalls. We can
also provide you with light snacks and cocktails.
You should be cautious of the sun after certain treatments. If you have an exfoliation or oil massage treatment you should avoid the sun for at least 12 hours.
Gift Voucher: All of our treatments and products are available for you to offer as a gift. We are at your
disposal to choose the best gift for your beloved ones. We inform you that each gift voucher can be used
only for treatments and products and can be cashed out. Each gift voucher is valid on the dates written.
We retain the legal right to change products and treatment as well as change the terms conditions without prior notice.
Beauty Spa Corner: Take a piece of our Spa at home! We offer you a large variety of products you can use
at home in our boutique. Our staff will inform you which product covers your needs according to your skin
type and wishes.
