Faith of a Youth
Message by Pastor Jaron Starlund
Thank you for coming to worship with us this morning.
We gather in the morning on the first day of each week to celebrate the
resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today’s service will include the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
6:30 PM— Evening Gathering in the Fireside Room. An informal
gathering with hymns and choruses, testimonies, and a devotional from
the Word. Fellowship and refreshments to follow (feel free to contribute).
All are welcome!
This will be the last evening gathering for the summer.

THANK YOU to all of those who helped
get our family moved into our new
home. So many people offered their
time and energy to make the move
very smooth and painless. From meals,
to cleaning and a whole pile of other
things that might have taken quite a
while to finish, your help is much
appreciated. Pastor Mel, Karen, Hilary
and Monty (their tender hearted dog).

TPA has been approved for a grant to
hire a student this summer. This is a full
time position, 40 hours per week for 10
weeks. The job would be performing
various tasks around the church and
also at Lakelse Camp. Please contact the
church office for more details.

Mexico Mission Trip
In response to the Fort McMurray fire,
ERDO is working alongside church
partners to respond to evacuees in
Edmonton at North Pointe Community
Church and in Calgary at Beddington
Pentecostal Church in three areas:
- Providing cash-cards to evacuees
to enable them to meet immediate
needs such as food, replacement
clothing and hygiene kits.
- Arranging temporary housing for
evacuees.
- Providing counselling services to
evacuees at North Pointe Community
Church Edmonton and Beddington
Pentecostal Church, Calgary.
