Term Loans
Featuring flexible down payments and extended terms.
Leases
• TRAC (Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause): This lease is often referred to
as an open-ended lease. The customer makes a set payment for a specific
period of time, then guarantees the residual amount. Benefits include the option
to buy at end of term, predetermined purchase price and payment flexibility.
• FMV (Fair Market Value): FMV’s popularity is driven by the fact that customers
have a set payment, with no residual obligation at the end of the term. It offers
the lowest monthly payment, the most flexible lease structure and may have
