Each wind is presentedin its own language,and the mood of each is reflected in the music. The piece is in three sectionsof contrasting rnoods. Commissionedby the Rotary Boy's Choir of Saint John, New Brunswick, Kevin Langford, director, this work was first performed at the International Choral Kathaumixw, Powell River, British Columbia in J.rly of 1988.
