Class raffle tickets will be available for purchase at check-­‐in between 7:00-­‐8:30pm Raffle winners will be drawn and posted at 10:00 pm The Silent Auction will be open for bids from 7:00 – 9:15pm New this year: Live Auction at 9:15pm Payment for all items will be accepted beginning at 10:00pm Payment for auction items MUST be made at the fundraiser in the form of Credit Card, Cash or Check payable to Fox Meadow PTA. There is no return on auction items. If you are unable to bid in person, you may submit a final bid on any item via email to Amy Sapirstein at [email protected] no later than 5:00pm Friday, November 14, 2014. This bid will be posted as an opening bid. Be sure to specify the item number(s) and final bid dollar amount for each item. Items will be held until payment is received. All sales are final and subject to the conditions stipulated by the donors. Purchasers or winners may not ask for refunds or exchanges from donors. The Fox Meadow PTA (FMPTA) warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items and services auctioned, sold or provided. Values quoted have been provided by the donors and descriptions of the items have been made with every reasonable effort to be accurate. The FMPTA is not responsible for changes, omissions or typographical errors. All items are sold “where is” and “as is”, and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authenticity, conditions, quality or fitness for any purpose.
