Our basic garage package includes structural wall system with top
and bottom plates, large and small headers, gasket, studs and wall
sheathing. Also includes roof system with 25 year shingles, 9' x 7'
garage door for single car units or 16' x 7' garage door for double car
units, entry door and hardware, 36" x 24" window, and all required
nails. Footing, foundation and floor, as well as finishing items, such as
