Dear customer,
JUUREVA is a Finnish artistic handicraft collection. Behind it lies a team of handicraft and
industrial art professionals from the Satakunta region. The collection was launched at the end of
September 2008.
On this product catalogue page you can find all the products from the JUREVA collection.
JUUREVA products are well designed and are produced locally. The collection is based on a
tradition of local hand craftsmanship and a rich cultural heritage brought together in high
quality Finnish collection.
The collection has aroma and feeling. JUUREVA is down to earth, austere and elegant. The
products have soul and identity. The stories behind them lead to the roots of Finnish cultural
heritage and to the pure extremes of nature.

PRINTED TEXTILES
The Koivu [birch] series was born through memories of
the Finnish summer. She leans against a birch tree and
smiles. In her hands is a vihta, a bunch of fresh birch
twigs, which we will weave together. A photo brings
back memories to me of summer and a feeling of pure
happiness!

JEWELLERY

YYTERI jewellery series
Yyteri’s six-kilometre long dune landscape is unequalled throughout
the whole of Europe. The wind collects the sand into dunes, which
move and grow little by little.
On the beach the sand forms undulating structures under the influence
of wind and water. The jewellery is made using an ancient casting
technique by casting molten silver into cuttlefish skins. The jewellery
gains its shape and pattern from the formation and structure of the
calcified skin.
YYTERI rings & earrings (hanging and studs)
All the jewellery is silver, packed into a black card box.
Some of the jewellery is unique, other pieces are cast as part of a
series.

RECYCLED GLASS
In the old Kiikoinen service station a family tradition of
glass blowing spanning more than three centuries is being
maintained in the production of ecological and unique
product designs. The KANTTI series is produced by hand
through the energy-efficient use of recycled wine bottles.
