Policy to modify a Reservation:
- After received the Hotel Voucher, Will be charge USD 25,00 fee for each change, this payment has to be made at same time of your
request.
Cancelation Policy :
Payment thru bank deposit:
- With 45 days before the travel date, has a 10% Fee of the amount.
- Between 44-30 days before the travel date, has 1 day of the hotel Fee. After 30 days it is no refundable.
- All cancelation request has to be send by e-mail.
- The refunds Will be made on the 10th Day after the Event, could be made before as well
Payment thru credit card:
- With 45 days before the travel date, has a 20% Fee of the amount. After 45 days it is no refundable.
