We are proud to present to you the 6th Annual Fall Herd Builder Classic. This sale offers an annual snapshot of our, and our consignors,
breeding programs. We believe you will find value in the offering and that the boer goats offered will advance most programs.
We again welcome past consignors Monty and Denise Manning of Rising Star Boer Farm, Phil and Sharon Fullerton of Land of Grace
Farm, and Austin and Haven Bauer (grandson and grandfather) of H&A Farms. The boer goats they have consigned offer another dimension to the sale.

With respect to Riverview Boer Goats’ sale lots, 2013 represents yet another level of commitment to offer our customers the best
genetics available. Every ABGA registered doe on our farm was artificially bred by laproscope. The goal was to increase the probability of high quality
offspring thru use of proven herd sires. We have continued our tradition of technological adaptation and disclosure of performance information well
beyond that which is disclosed by most breeders. You will note the use of QR codes on each lot that will allow your smart phone or tablet to directly
access the online videos for each lot. We have also included weight and hip height on each RBGO lot in addition to continuing to offer udder structure,
bite and pigmentation information. Our, and our consignor’s, description of the last three characteristics noted in the previous sentence is guaranteed. If
your purchase, at delivery, is not as described, you will be issued a full refund -- no questions asked.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AFTER THE SALE
Buyers will receive an email by noon the day after the sale with confirmation of their purchase(s) and the total amount due. Buyers will be contacted
within two days after the sale to discuss possible delivery dates, times and locations. If Buyer wishes to receive the original registration certificate of the
lot(s) they purchased, they should send payment as soon as possible to Riverview Boer Goats, 2783 Bert-Reed Road, Felicity, OH 45120 or pay cash or
certified check on delivery. Free delivery will not be made on unpaid lots unless an arrangement concerning payment is agreed to in advance.
PAYMENT
Cash, personal checks, cashier checks and traveler checks will be accepted. Business and personal checks will be accepted, however, those paying via
business or personal checks will be provided with a copy of the registration certificate at delivery. Once the check clears, the Buyer will be mailed the
original registration certificate. All monetary funding must be in U.S. currency. The right of property shall not pass until after full settlement is made.
Should any Buyer fail to settle for his or her purchase, the Seller or Sellers reserves the right and full power to resell the animal to the best advantage
either publicly or privately, without further notice. Any loss arising from such resale, together with any and all expenses incurred, shall be payable by the
defaulter. All settlements must be made prior to delivery unless advance arrangements are made with Seller.
BIDS AND DISPUTES
Bids will be accepted online through the auction service provider’s website. The auction service provider’s determination of the final bid/buyer will be
conclusive. Internet bidding is the sole method in which a lot may be purchased and are subject to the terms and conditions established by
EDJEauctions.com. Seller assumes no responsibility for the bidding thereon. Internet buyers must register with EDJEauctions.com to utilize the service.
EDJEauctions.com does not charge a buyer’s premium.
TRANSPORTATION
Riverview Boer Goats will travel 400 miles north, east, south and west to accomplish free delivery to a central location. Buyers availing themselves of
this service must meet Riverview Boer Goats at a central location within a two hour timeframe set by Riverview Boer Goats. Only one trip in each
direction shall be arranged. Buyers will be contacted within two days after the sale to discuss possible delivery dates. Riverview Boer Goats and their
consignors assume responsibility for injury after the sale and during delivery. If an injury occurs, the Buyer has the option to void their purchase and
receive a full refund.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The above terms of the sale shall constitute a contract between the Buyer and the Seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following
purchase in the sale constitutes a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two (2) parties connected, therefore, are not covered by the
term and conditions of this sale.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Every effort was made to assure the accuracy of this catalog, however all announcements posted on Seller’s website will take precedence over the printed
material in the catalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements. Seller’s website is www.RiverviewBoerGoats.com.
REGISTRATIONS/TRANSFERS
Buyers are responsible for forwarding the forms and transfer fees to the registry of their choice.
INSURANCE
Insurance is at the option of the Buyer. However, as described under the “Transportation” section, a buyer is entitled to a full refund if an animal is
injured or dies prior to delivery. This guarantee by Seller is limited to the purchase price of the lot.
GUARANTEE
Bucks: Should any buck seven (7) months of age or over, fail to prove a breeder after being used on does known to be breeders, the matter shall be
reported in writing to the Seller within six (6) months following the date of purchase. Seller will then have the right and privilege of ninety (90) days
after the buck is returned to Seller to prove the buck is a breeder. If the buck is confirmed to be a non-breeder, a full refund of the purchase price will be
made by the Seller. Any buck returned will be at the buyer’s risk. Seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has
been sold or of sickness not apparent at the time of the sale. There is no guarantee that semen collected from the buck will freeze. In cases where the
animal has been mistreated in care, housing or nutrition in any way, this guarantee is null and void. No other guarantees are written or implied.
Does: Does are guaranteed to be breeders. In the event a female greater than 12 months of age at the date of sale is claimed to be a non-breeder, after
having been bred regularly to a buck known to be a breeder, and after having been treated by a licensed veterinarian, the matter must be reported in
writing to the seller within six (6) months following the date of purchase. Seller shall have six (6) additional months in which to prove any such female a
breeder and may use any registered buck of the breed available to him. In the event a female less than 12 months of age at the date of sale is claimed to
be a non-breeder, after having been bred regularly to a buck known to be a breeder, and after having been treated by a licensed veterinarian, the matter
must be reported in writing to the seller within twelve (12) months following the date of purchase. Seller shall have six (6) additional months in which to
prove any such female a breeder and may use any registered buck of the breed available to him. Any female returned will be at the buyer’s risk. No
guarantee is given that a pregnant female will deliver live kids or that she will carry kids full term, or the kids carried will not be mummified. Seller is
not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has been sold or for sickness not apparent at the time of the sale. No other
guarantees are either written or implied. In cases where the animal is subject to any hormone or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, or has
been mistreated in care, housing, or nutrition in any way, this guarantee is null and void.
Transportation charges on animals returned to Seller are the responsibility of Buyer. No incidental expenses such as feed, care, veterinary charges, etc.
will be charged by either party when making the settlement. If Seller is successful in proving the animal in question to be a breeder, the Buyer, at his or
her expense, will reclaim said animal. Should the Seller fail to prove the animal a breeder, then the Buyer is guaranteed a satisfactory replacement, FOB
farm, or location of origin, or a refund of the actual purchase price paid FOB selling point. In no event, shall the Seller be responsible for more than the
purchase price. Should a dispute arise over the quality of a replacement, there will be a cash settlement.

A NOTE ABOUT BIDDING IN AN ONLINE SALE:
We have had several bidders observe that they would have liked to bid on lots at the Herd Builder, but could not either due to the sale going later than
they wanted to watch or because they were out of town during the sale.
If you are unable to watch each lot sell, but are interested in certain lots, the following feature on EDJEAuctions can help.
Automatic Bidding (setting a proxy bid).
With Automatic Bidding, you can enter your maximum bid, then sit back and watch, or even leave and let the computer do your bidding. When you set
an Automatic Bid amount, the auction automatically bids on your behalf up to your maximum bid. If the lot ends for less than your maximum, you pay
the lower amount. This means you don't have to keep coming back to re-bid every time another bid is placed. In fact, you do not even need to be present
to bid.
Here's how it works:
When you set your high limit bid, you type in the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the lot. Your maximum amount is kept confidential from
other bidders and the seller.
EDJE Auctions compares your bid to those of the other registered bidders --- the system automatically places bids on your behalf, using only as much of
your bid as is necessary to maintain your high bid position.
The system will bid only up to your maximum amount as necessary to maintain you as the high bidder. If another bidder has a higher maximum, you'll be
outbid. BUT, if no other bidder has a higher maximum, you win the lot. And you could pay significantly less than your maximum price!
In the case of setting a proxy amount (high limit for automatic bidding), if two people try to set their high limit at the same price, the second bidder
asking for that amount will be told to choose another amount since the amount he has chosen is already taken.
Manual Bids - Single Bid Button.
If you elect not to use the automatic bidding feature you may bid manually. Click on the BID button pertaining to the lot that interests you. The single
bid button indicates what the next bid needs to be in order to get "IN". Bidding will be set at increment amounts. In the instance where two bidders bid
"simultaneously", the first bid that reaches the internet auction computer will be given the amount----the second bidder will be asked to bid the next
available amount. DO NOT HIT THE BID BUTTON REPEATEDLY or you may actually stall your bid placement! Or you may place a higher bid then
you need to. Click only once to place your bid. Your bid will be visible the next time your page refreshes.
Please note that using the single BID button will not be as quick as using the Automatic Bid (proxy). Due to slow internet connections, we CANNOT
guarantee last second bids will get through every time - so please don't hesitate when bidding one bid at a time. We strongly suggest utilizing the
automatic/proxy bid button to ensure your bids are accepted.
There is no possibility of tie bids. They auction server accepts bids when they are received - first come, first serve.
Winning a Lot.
Once bidding is complete, the status of the lot will change. The high bidder number will be displayed.
Bidding With Confidence - a note about privacy.
Bidding activity and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. Bidding activity logs and data are maintained by EDJE Auctions for purposes of
resolving conflicts or legal contests only. Sellers do not have any access to bid logs. Sellers have no access to Automatic (proxy) bid amounts, so you can
place your high limit with confidence that it will not be revealed to the Seller nor other bidders. Your proxy bid will not be "run up" without another
legitimate bidder competing against you. Your privacy is guaranteed.
EDJE Auctions does NOT charge the buyer a premium to purchase. You pay the exact purchase price and no more. All purchases are handled between
Riverview Boer Goats and buyer.

RBGO Victoria is a foundation doe at Riverview that has produced stellar offspring. This is not surprising when you consider her phenotype. She is a long bodied doe
with a wide level top. The width of her top is commensurate with the width of her stance. She has plenty of bone and is clean fronted. One of her wether offspring was
reserve grand overall at the seventh largest fair in the nation in 2009. The sire of that wether was Blue Gainey’s Yata Hey Ennob. Yata Hey stood at stud at Riverview
until 2012. Victoria was lap ai’d to Yata on August 2. She will be exposed to live coverage from August 10 until delivery under RBGO Bad Ass A1, a Yata son that was
a two time state fair overall grand champion before he was six months old. Victoria weighed in at 174 lbs., has a 28.5 inch hip height, an excellent bite, is 2 and 2 on her
udder and fully pigmented. This doe is well muscled, productive and bred for success.

RBGO Parker is a daughter of one of our ennobled herd sires, 4KGF Smokin Gun, Ennob., and a doe we acquired out of Oklahoma. This is the type of doe we hope we
are known for producing. She is a powerhouse with a wide stance under a wide level top. Parker has good bone and a powerful hip...almost a bubble but like you would
see on a barrow. With all that power you also get elegance, a great head and horn set completes this package. And she is correct as well, Parker has a good bite, is fully
pigmented and is 1 and 2 on her udder. She has a 26.5 inch hip height and weighed 118.5 lbs. I could stop right here and would probably have most of you interested,
but it gets even better. Parker was lap ai’d to SWE Main Event, Ennob., 2007 ABGA Reserve National Grand Champion, on August 1. She will be exposed to live
coverage from August 10 until delivery under RBGO Bad Ass A1, a Yata son that was a two time state fair overall grand champion before he was six months old. This

RBGO Mountain Spot is a 50% boer cross out of RBGO Brooke’s Mountain. Brooke’s Mountain, in turn, was out of a full sister to 2006 National Grand Champion Bo Jangle,
Ennob. If you have ever seen Brooke’s Mountain you understand why Mountain Spot is so massive. She weighed in at 164 lbs. and has a 27.25 inch hip height. She is fully
pigmented, has a good bite and is 1 and 1 on her udder with additional non-functional teats. Mountain Spot is aptly named when you consider the spots about her head and
neck...really quite beautiful. This is a wide based smooth tracking doe with plenty of power, as well as breed character in her classic roman nose and curved head. In addition, if
her latent power were not enough, we lap ai’d her on August 1 to one of our most powerful ennobled herd sires, Circle R Hollywood Hotshot, Ennob. Hollywood is known for
producing outstanding loins. She will be exposed to live coverage from August 10 until delivery under Max Boer Goats To Moon Boom. Moon Boom is a large framed deep red
buck with white spots. Either breeding will be interesting. This doe is spot on and powerful. Find a .. spot .. for her on your farm.

RSTAR Marley is one doe that we will regret selling. For the last year, we have not been able to keep her out of the show ring. She comes with show points on her and
has passed two visual inspections. She is fully pigmented with an excellent bite and on her udder she is two and two on her teats. his is hands down one of the best does

One In A Million was a quad kid out of Razzle Dazzle this January, he is a nice paint buck from genetics not seen in a while. He was an AI project from sire FSE3174.
FSE3174 goes back to Farmer’s Precious Perfect and Norman Kohls breeding on the top and Razzle Dazzle on the bottom. Razzle and the Sire both have ABGA points.
This bucks dam is a very feminine and attractive doe, the sire was just plain Large! The sire was known for throwing color, evident in this fine young kids paint color.
We have spoken to the previous owner of FSE 3174 and this buck did throw color. The Farmer’s line produces some slower maturing animals that grow out large as

RSTAR Postcard From Paris was our accident doe that we have to appreciate. We walked into the barn and had to do a double take to check our eyes to see if we were
actually seeing a little doe kid stumbling around. She is a daughter to RSTAR Paris (also in the sale). RSTAR Postcard From Paris has a teat structure of 2 and 2 and is
fully pigmented. The top of her bite is slightly off but does not throw off the strong qualities she has to offer. Pay attention to the width and thickness of her chest along

The name says it all. RSTAR All Painted up is in fact a paint out of our red buck Emert Red Hot Express. The dam of this fullblood doe is the first doe that we

Maverick, Ennob., in the pedigree. Chantal has an excellent bite, is 1 and 1 on her udder and is fully pigmented. She weighed 146.5 lbs. and has a 27.5 inch hip height. Does
this doe look broody or what. Some does are destined for the show ring but are like a hothouse flower...meaning they will wilt away in the kidding pen. I like my girls with
