A collective of antiques vendors shares this large building by the old canal
which, since 1830, had been a hotel. Restored by owner Melanie Emburgh,

jewellery, fine china and art deco lamps to marine items, antique tin lunchboxes

Mark Ricker grew up in Northern Ontario and his passion for the wilderness and

Crew’s Quarters has evolved since its opening in 1989 to become a shop
with something for the whole family. Little ones, and their parents, will enjoy

20 The Stone House Gallery
Kathleen Thorsen works exclusively with oils, encaustics and acrylics. Her
landscape paintings demonstrate a raw quality and depth of colour and her
seascapes express restlessness and fearlessness. Her work can be viewed at

where she resides. Kathleen’s paintings are in private collections around the

The spirit of a true gardener infuses Colleen German’s shop (ask to see her
spectacular perennial garden out back when the weather’s warm). Her shop
is a delightful mix of locally made goods including soaps, cards, pottery and

Original plank flooring and brick walls provide a complementary show space
for antique military. Collectors of militaria will be in their element with the

Peter Gudrunas is a master artist- glass maker with 40 years experience. He

The Sanctuary [Centre for the Arts] is the community’s permanent art gallery
and performing arts centre, which houses events such as theatre performances,

Larry Rosnuk is inspired by environmental concerns and his attachment to

Historic log buildings, Edwardian tea room and marine artifacts are just a few
