Nixia Profiles 2016

Monica Carolina or better known as Nixia, is the leader and founder of NXA-Gaming. Her gaming career start from 2008
by winning the local and international gaming tournaments and Her first winning moment came from the Guitar Hero
competition on 2009, she already love playing FPS games before that, and continue gaining more achievements in FPS
games with NXA-Gaming team and NXA-Ladies team as well.
Before starting her move on competitive gaming-scene, she’s known for her hobby and interests on IT, computer
hardware, and gadgets, that’s why she’s also been a moderator or admin in some IT & Gaming forums in Indonesia
around 2008 regarding her curiosity of tech world and writing her articles on the forums. then She made her own
website called Nixiagamer.com, after received “Best Player” against World Championship Gamer, Fatal1ty, on his visit to
Indonesia in 2011.
Become the MSI’s Brand Ambassadors since 2013, can be referred as the first Indonesian Female Gamer whom officially
sponsored from big it brand.
Today in 2016, Nixia is getting wide attentions from the gamers all around Indonesia, because she got invited by the
biggest telco provider in Indonesia, starring the TV commercial based on her gaming careers. Since then, so many
medias from magazines, radios, and national TV stations invited Nixia to many kind of their programs.
NXA-LADIES is a professional ladies gaming team in Indonesia, established in 2011 by choosing the best female gamers. Besides attending many kind of events and
tournaments, they’re also oftenly get invited to promote; upcoming games by the publisher, new computer hardware, and gaming gears. Even in some occasions, NXALADIES invited on a Game Coaching Clinic and Playing a demo for online and offline games. It’s all due to the big impact and influence they can make for gamers community.
With the increasing media exposure via performances and exhibitions, NXA-Ladies has become the number one female gamers and a widely-loved gaming team in Indonesia.
Much of the credit for the victory goes to Monica Carolina or better known as Nix1a, the leader and founder of the team, also one of the professional and iconic female
gamers in Indonesia. The first formed team focuses on FPS games, such as Call of Duty, Battlefield, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, or Overwatch.
As of right now, NXA-Ladies already expands their Games and Members to DOTA2 and League of Legends. They were all chosen by a thight and strict recruitment, audition,
and test for the best outcome of characters as well as the gaming skills. With the total of 15 team members, NXA-Ladies aimed to reach and support every female gamers
to be brave and winning the games!
