HEARTLAND USA® is #1 in the world for Harley-Davidson® Conversions. In 2012 we designed and introduced fourteen new and exciting products – all about real design and total innovation.
We’ve spiked up the DYNA® motorcycle with two DYNA® Conversion systems. One is a 200 Tire Conversion with fender, struts and seat; and the other a wide 240 Tire Conversion featuring Heartland®’s
custom swing arm, our offset drive kit, and optional matching front fenders. A whole new look for the DYNA®!
HEARTLAND USA® has developed even more accessories this year to transform your bike to a full custom look. Check out our new and very unique light clamps for mounting your turn signals to the
front fork tubes. In addition, we created two new fork truss products for the front end. We also have produced a one-of-a-kind side-mount license plate holder for the DYNA® that fastens to the lower
portion of the shock, with or without a brake light.
HEARTLAND USA®’s revolutionary Side Bag System is now available and made to fit our Second Seat. In addition, we crafted a smart and efficient Gear Bag. The Gear Bag attaches to our Second Seat
and the Ride Rack and Rest; it matches the side bags, and it can be carried as a backpack or with the shoulder strap.
For the H-D® Rocker™, HEARTLAND USA® has introduced a 280 Tire Conversion utilizing the original factory swing arm.
One of the most exciting achievements for HEARTLAND USA® in 2012 was acquiring from our good friend Jesse James the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the original Hell Bent exhaust
pipes. We are producing the Hell Bent pipes in the exact hand-fabricated technique and style as the original design from West Coast Choppers. The Hell Bents are available for ALL Harleys® – Softail®,
Dyna® (2006 to present), Twin Cam, Evo and Sportster® models.
For the past 14 years HEARTLAND USA® has been dedicated to innovation, high quality and well-designed custom accessories for the Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. All our products are produced right

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
• What model bike do you have? (Softail®, Dyna®, etc.)
• Is your bike an original factory Harley-Davidson® or a Special Construction - an aftermarket?
• What year is your bike?
• What specific model do you have? (Fat Boy®, Night Train®, Wide Glide®, Low Rider®, etc.)
• What modifications, if any, have been done to your bike?
• Visit the HEARTLAND USA® Matrix (pages 12 - 13) to determine what Conversions are available to you.
Get Inspired
• What style of bike do you like? (Wide Tire, Bobber Style, Long Fender, Short Fender, etc.)
• What wheel style do you like? (There are many choices - Solid, Spoke, Billet, etc.)
• What are your riding habits? (Solo trips, Touring, with a Passenger, Storage Requirements, etc.)
Plan your Bike and choose your accessories
• You can do the bike conversion yourself, but you don’t have to!
• Most HEARTLAND USA® systems are designed to be an easy install.
(bolt-on struts, pre-drilled fenders, no drive-train or frame modifications, etc.)
• HEARTLAND USA® provides detailed instructions for all Conversions.
• Choose your strut finish. (Chrome, Black or Grey Struts etc.)
• What options do you want for your bike? (fender length, license plate holder, etc.)
• Choose your light preference.
(small or medium billet tears, LED’s in the strut, brake light in the license plate, lighted license plate, etc.)
• Do you plan to carry a passenger? If yes, you will need additional parts.
(Foot Rests, Second Seat, Ride Rack & Rest, Side Bags, Gear Bag, etc.)
• Wheels – many HEARTLAND USA® Conversions do not require you to change your wheels.
If you want to change your wheels or go wider, choose your wheel design.
• HEARTLAND USA® has alliances with many premium wheel manufacturers to choose from. (pages 58 - 65 )
• HEARTLAND USA® has a One Stop Shop category. (shocks, lowering kits, air ride systems, etc.)

AFTER! HEARTLAND USA® offers two custom Conversion Systems for the DYNA®. First is the 240 Tire Conversion
which includes billet struts, swing arm, steel fender and custom leather seat. The second is the 200 Tire Conversion
which includes billet struts, steel fender and custom leather seat. Check out HEARTLAND USA®'s accessory options for

produced by Jesse James of West Coast Choppers. The Hell Bents feature triple stepped pipes from 1 3/4 inch diameter at the head, to a 2 1/4 inch finish, with slash cut tips,

Heartland USA® has designed it's Conversions with the installer in mind,
making installation as easy as possible. We have established a rating system
based on different levels of expertise. Easy installation signified by 1 Wrench,
5 Wrenches requiring more experience.
One Wrench
Heartland USA® has some very easy Conversions for all Softails® 2008 to present,
signified by the letters E-Z. In addition, we produced Conversions for prior years (all
Deuce™ models 2000 - 2007) and other Softails® models (2006 & 2007) - these
are also signified by the letters E-Z. These types of Conversions are true bolt-on's no frame cutting, fenders are pre-drilled, all hardware and instructions are included.
Two Wrenches
The next level of expertise would involve - first some minimal frame cutting and then
bolting on the Heartland USA® parts. This would include older Softails® and Dyna®
models.

A belt drive change and then bolting on the Heartland USA® parts.*

Retail Customers
Orders are taken online, by phone or email. Acceptable method of payment is credit card or bank transfer. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise stated.
Dealers
Dealers consist of a motorcycle business (licensed, established, commercial location serving the general public in the areas of motorcycle sales, service and/or parts and accessories).
Dealers are on pre-paid terms unless approved for C.O.D. (company check). We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account not meeting our requirements
International Orders
For all international orders, please contact Heartland USA® directly by phone or email.
Back Orders
Heartland USA® makes every effort to keep our products in stock at all times. Occasionally certain items may be back-ordered and we will make every attempt to fill the orders as quickly as possible.
Payments
All orders are to be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Approved dealers can be setup on C.O.D. (company check) terms.
Any check returned for NSF will result in a $25.00 processing charge and the loss of C.O.D. privileges.
Freight
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise stated. Refused shipments will result in a $25.00 processing charge.
Returns
Returns must be made within 15 days upon receipt and require a “Returned Merchandise Authorization” number. To obtain an RMA number, contact our customer service department.
Returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Limited Warranty
When you receive your order, carefully inspect all parts before installation. If you determine a part is defective, contact Heartland USA® for an RMA number. Parts will not be eligible for warranty if they have been installed.
It is your responsibility to ensure the part is shipped carefully back to Heartland USA® for inspection. If there is further damage caused due to improper care, the part will no longer be eligible for return.
